Ctrip is incredibly unreliable. We booked a triple room, but Ctrip booked us a double room that required an extra bed to sleep three people, the same room type and similar price as ***********, but we had to pay extra for the extra bed. Later, we called the hotel to confirm we wanted to cancel the order, and the hotel agreed to let us submit the application through their platform. However, Ctrip customer service told us that communication is difficult overseas, and the hotel wouldn't agree to the cancellation. After our cancellation failed, the hotel told us that Ctrip hadn't even contacted them. When we checked in at night, we hadn't received the key code for the main entrance and had to ask a passing guest to show us in. The next morning, the hotel asked us to change rooms, saying the triple room wasn't ours. We explained the key code issue, and they said they had already left a message for Ctrip, but we never received a message from Ctrip!

I arrived in the morning after a desert tour in Abu Dhabi without being able to shower, and they lent me a room so I could shower, and when I went out to get my stuff, they said the room was already cleaned and even gave me an early check-inㅜㅜ They were so kind. I highly recommend it. The location was great and the room was Roman-style, which was nice.
