Excellent location, very close to the Palace. The hotel is elegant and clean, with a great breakfast and a particularly beautiful and spacious room.

The room wasn't as big as it appeared in the photos, but it did have a balcony with a nice street view. It was very clean, though the mattress was on the softer side and not as large as shown in the pictures.

The hotel is quite old. The table was stained and dirty, and the chairs were torn. When checking in, the staff claimed they hadn't received payment from Trip.com, which caused a long delay. They demanded an email confirmation and additional documents, and said they would charge me again. This wasted so much time that I missed my scheduled palace visit and the pre-booked tickets. There's no washing machine in the accommodation. The sauna room was quite dirty and didn't seem to be cleaned often. Used towels were piled high on the chairs.

Perfectly meets 4-star hotel standards. Facilities are well-equipped, and the sauna and gym are easily accessible. Very pet-friendly. Great views and an excellent location.

My stay at Le Louis Versailles Château - MGallery, in a King room with a terrace, was absolutely delightful. The room's design struck a perfect balance between classic elegance and modern touches, with warm, inviting colors. For European standards, the space was quite generous. My favorite feature was definitely the private terrace; it was wonderful to breathe in the fresh air in the mornings and relax while watching the Versailles streetscape in the evenings – very charming. The bed offered excellent support, and the bedding was soft and comfortable, ensuring a perfect night's sleep. The bathroom had a separate shower and bath, consistent water pressure, and good quality amenities. The hotel's location is a huge plus, just a short walk to the Palace of Versailles, making it incredibly convenient for early morning visits or evening strolls. Overall, this hotel perfectly combines an excellent location with quality accommodations. If you're looking for a comfortable stay in Versailles with a touch of a resort feel, the room with a terrace is highly recommended.

Terrible stay! The room type assigned was not what I booked. They gave my 60-year-old parents a room without a balcony. When I contacted Trip.com the next day, the hotel actually claimed it was a free upgrade! Luckily, I had looked at every room type when booking. It was clearly a downgrade, and the hotel was still trying to argue about it! So bad!

This is a good Accor hotel with a very convenient location: it's a 3-minute walk from Versailles Rive Gauche train station, and about the same distance to the main entrance of the palace.
