S and M Hotel - Mandaue

Nice place. Amenities medyo kulang kasi pool lang pero goods naman ung pool. Meron naman under development sa likod feel ko maganda din dun. Will book again.

The place is nice but it is a little worn out. The room’s lay out is nice it has tables and chairs however the shower faucet in our toilet does not work well. some of our family members had to transfer coz the aircon wasn’t working. We had to call a few times to request for tv remote and towels. One of the lounging chairs in the pool is broken. The good thing though is when you grab food, grab can actually send it to your unit number.

We had a great stay at S&M Hotel. The room was clean, comfortable, and well-maintained. The staff were friendly and accommodating. Although there were only one or two staff members on duty and they seemed quite busy, they still did their best to assist every guest with a positive attitude. One of the things I liked most was the unique hotel layout. The parking area is just outside or very close to the rooms, making it very convenient, especially if you're bringing a car. The design, with the parking area in between the rows of rooms, is both practical and different from most hotels. The swimming pool also looked nice, although we weren't able to use it because it was raining and the weather was quite cold. We were hoping to avail of breakfast, but unfortunately, it wasn't available during our stay. We stayed here because we joined a fun run early the next morning, and the hotel's location was perfect—only about a 10-minute walk from the venue. It even gave us enough time to do a light warm-up while walking there. Overall, we had a pleasant experience and would definitely consider staying here again, especially for events around the area.

The hotel was a little old , facilities were very old as well . Need proper renovations .

The room is not so clean,, lizard and cockroach were present during the stay, TV is not SmartTv, CR is not so clean as well. Location wise: near karendirya, Coffee stall inside the hotel lobby. Stay is just so so, just a typical sleep and go.

I really appreciate the facilities, I felt comfortable all day and night... The air-conditioning and cleanliness is well maintained good....

My first time at this place. I love the pool not that big but not that small but nice there are chairs and tables to relax on. There is a restaurant on site Chinese restaurant a little overpriced. I think 380 pesos are the cheapest prices for about three dishes. The room is nice clean big enough. The water comes out warm in the shower or cold whatever your choice is. The staff is friendly service is good. They do serve from the hotel side food, which is a good price eggs bacon and rice. I believe 180 pesos

I chose this hotel mainly because of its proximity to the Cebu North Bus Terminal, which makes it very convenient for early departures. The location itself feels a bit remote, with only a few bakeries and pharmacies nearby. However, within about a 10-minute walk there are several food options available, including Thai, pizza, and Filipino restaurants. Check-in was quick and friendly. A deposit of 1,000 PHP is required. The hotel layout is a bit unusual: all rooms are located in a basement-style setup with a “suite” character, split into left (A) and right (B) sections, with parking in between. The room was spacious and clean. The bed was comfortable but on the harder side. Still, I slept well. The air conditioning worked perfectly and requires the room key to operate. The bathroom is quite old and no longer very appealing, but it was clean. Water pressure was good and hot water was available. I didn’t use any additional amenities. There is a grill restaurant connected to the hotel, and breakfast may also be available. Overall, it was a good and reasonably priced stay for a short stop near the bus terminal. I would stay here again.
