InterContinental Bangkok

We stayed at this hotel for the second time, and once again had a wonderful experience. The location is absolutely perfect — very close to several shopping malls, cafes, and restaurants, which makes everything incredibly convenient. The service is truly outstanding. When we were leaving for the airport, I accidentally forgot a bag with a gift in the room. I called the hotel, and within just 40 minutes they managed to organize a driver who brought my forgotten item directly to the airport. Thanks to their quick help, I received it in time and made it to my flight without any problems. Gym here is perfect!!! Thank you so much to the entire team for such care and efficiency. We will definitely come back again.

This was our second time staying at the InterContinental Bangkok, and once again, it exceeded all our expectations. We chose this hotel to celebrate our anniversary, and the experience was absolutely unforgettable. The hotel kindly upgraded us to the Royal Suite, the biggest room in the hotel. It was stunning and spacious, and it made our celebration feel even more special. A very special thank you to Beem, the Guest Relations Supervisor, who went above and beyond to make our stay perfect. She helped us take beautiful photos and prepared a lovely anniversary cake, flowers, and even a teddy bear for our daughter. Her warmth and attention to detail truly touched our hearts. We are deeply grateful for the wonderful hospitality and the memorable experience. We will definitely be back again. Highly recommended!
