The location is absolutely perfect. There's a 7-Eleven right downstairs, and a pedestrian skybridge just outside that connects directly to various shopping malls, so you don't have to worry about the sun or rain when you're out shopping. The front desk staff were also very nice; I asked for a quiet room away from the road, and they indeed gave me a very quiet room. The hotel breakfast was just so-so.

The hotel is right next to the famous pedestrian skywalk, and the Erawan Shrine is just a street corner away, making it super convenient for reaching various shopping malls. The rooms are great in terms of facilities and cleanliness, and they even replenish fresh fruit daily after housekeeping. The breakfast spread is also excellent. My only strange experience is that my security deposit still hasn't been refunded. I checked in on April 28th, and it's May 26th today, but I still haven't received it back. Stayed at the intercontinental with friends while travelling for songkran festival! The location is great, walkable to major malls such as centralworld and siam paragon, as well as tourist attraction such as erawan shrine. The hotel is newly renovated and clean, with a very attentive and caring service. The hotel has great amenities such as a rooftop pool, as well as 24 hour room service. The rooms are spacious and clean. Would definitely stay here again!

The hotel has an excellent location, directly opposite the Erawan Shrine, and it’s very convenient to access nearby shopping malls. Getting to the airport is also easy—you can take the BTS and transfer to the Airport Rail Link without any hassle. The staff were very friendly and accommodating. Since we were traveling with both elderly family members and children, they kindly arranged connecting rooms for us, which made our stay much more comfortable. The only downside was that the drainage in the shower of my room was slightly clogged. Overall, it was a very pleasant stay, and I would definitely choose to stay here again next time.

We stayed at this hotel for the second time, and once again had a wonderful experience. The location is absolutely perfect — very close to several shopping malls, cafes, and restaurants, which makes everything incredibly convenient. The service is truly outstanding. When we were leaving for the airport, I accidentally forgot a bag with a gift in the room. I called the hotel, and within just 40 minutes they managed to organize a driver who brought my forgotten item directly to the airport. Thanks to their quick help, I received it in time and made it to my flight without any problems. Gym here is perfect!!! Thank you so much to the entire team for such care and efficiency. We will definitely come back again.
