My rating is terrible for the hotel because of the lack of attention to my emails with the request to cancel the reservation due to the war situation in Israel and the cancellation of flights. It is not possible for there to be understanding and a refund from the airline, Disneyland and other suppliers, but from the hotel and the hotel supplier (you - the TRIP company) there is no attention to the emails and the situation and you refuse to give me a refund. This Disney hotel is very convenient for getting to the park, with a free shuttle bus. It’s also very easy to return after watching the fireworks in the evening. The hotel is warmly decorated and has areas designed for children. Highly recommended.

Our bedroom was good and comfortable. We made a reservation for 2 people and the bedroom had space for 4 people, so space was not a problem. Bedroom and shower was good. The main point it that the hotel is near to Disney (10min by car) and it is included a free shutle to the Park. There is a extra fee to use the parking lot, if you didn't booked the room by the hotel's website directly (15 euros/day). Breakfast is ok.

Booked a family room, but there was barely any space beyond the beds. The staff service was practically nonexistent. The biggest selling point is the free Disney shuttle, which is very close by. The free breakfast had very limited options, better than nothing though.

Stayed here with my kids for our Disney trip. The shuttle bus to Disney was quite convenient. Breakfast was decent, typical Western-style. The Disney bus picks up from a few hotels nearby, so any of them would work.
