1. The bathroom in the restroom had no door, which was ridiculous; water got everywhere. 2. We booked a double room but were given a family room with five beds and outdated facilities. The toilet wasn't clean, and it looked nothing like the pictures. 3. The shuttle service was the worst. It was advertised that the first bus was at 8:08 AM, but when I went downstairs in the morning, they told me it was actually at 8:35 AM! I had to take a taxi myself and still missed my early park entry time. Two thumbs down.

I did not enjoy anything about my stay! Place was dirty had grim in shower, shower head wouldn’t go above my shoulders! Tried to call 10 times before we arrived saying we were running a day late and if we couldn’t a refund for the one night but not one person would answer the phone tried emailing also nothing! And when I arrived at the hotel nobody gave a **** or was willing to help! Wood never recommend this hotel to anybody

Excellent hotel with friendly staff. The room was good, with air-conditioning and comfortable beds. The breakfast was good. It would have been perfect if there were eggs like scrambled, boiled or fried in the menu. Thanks

This Disney hotel is very convenient for getting to the park, with a free shuttle bus. It’s also very easy to return after watching the fireworks in the evening. The hotel is warmly decorated and has areas designed for children. Highly recommended.
