Weijing Wyndham Hotel Pu'er Simao District Tea Horse Ancient Town Branch

I was very dissatisfied with this hotel booking. The front desk staff were inexperienced, which slowed down the check-in process. Security was non-existent; there was no key card access for the elevators and no security personnel, so delivery drivers and other unauthorized people could freely enter and exit the hotel. On top of that, a stranger rang my doorbell at night, and when I opened the door, they just said they rang the wrong bell, which was quite frightening. The cleanliness wasn't terrible, but it certainly wasn't clean. I didn't take photos of some things, but they were quite disgusting. I just put up with it because I was traveling with my child and couldn't be bothered to switch hotels, thinking the next one might have the same hygiene issues. There was a laundry room, but it wasn't supervised by staff, so I didn't use it. The wait time was too long, and I also found it too dirty. The public restroom on the third floor was also very dirty.

This is a business-oriented hotel with no greenery. It's quite new, with modern and well-maintained facilities. The rooms are spacious, and the bedding is comfortable. The service is also good. The address is Chahma Ancient Town, but it's not within the scenic area itself. There are some restaurants nearby. Getting around usually involves ride-sharing services, and it's not far from major attractions like Daijia Alley, Chahma Ancient City, and the Relic Park.

Excellent hotel! The facilities are new, the hotel itself is grand, and the staff are incredibly kind. I especially recommend the suites with a terrace; they offer spaciousness and include both breakfast and lunch, which are both abundant. This hotel truly puts effort into its service. They even upgraded our room for the second night. The front desk staff were wonderful. I will definitely stay here again next time I'm in Pu'er. Highly recommended!

The hotel is located within a market, which offers a pleasant environment. The breakfast selection is also quite rich, and the front desk staff are very enthusiastic. My only complaint is that the pavement right outside the hotel entrance was a bit dirty, dusty, and had some standing water.

The hotel's location is great, quite close to the Northern Wetlands Park. They also offer lunch, which is excellent value for money. It's a lifesaver for late risers who don't want to hunt for breakfast. Overall, it's already really nice!

Excellent value for money! I was surprised to find a hotel in Pu'er for around 200 RMB that offered an automatic toilet and curtains, a comfortable and supportive mattress, and even buckwheat pillows upon request. Although it's not right next to Daijiaxiang, it's a quick taxi ride, less than ten minutes away. Getting to restaurants is also just a few minutes by car. The sour and spicy rice noodles right outside are delicious – a local recommendation!

Booked this for my parents. Visiting during the off-season offered incredible value for money! The price was reasonable, the room was spacious, clean, and quiet, and best of all, it included both breakfast and lunch! I never expected the biggest surprise in Pu'er to be the hotel itself! My parents said the front desk lady was also very nice, personally showing them the rooms before I made the booking. All in all, a very satisfying stay!

Great location, easy to find, and convenient transportation. The room was spotless, and the service was attentive and detailed, making for a truly relaxing and comfortable stay. They even have a nursery, which is absolutely fantastic! Highly recommend!

It started out fine, but there was one thing that really got to me. Since I checked in late, I didn't notice it at first. But around dawn the next day, something started hitting the window every few minutes. I'm a light sleeper anyway, so I kept getting startled awake. I was so annoyed! I even recorded a video, so don't try to argue with me. I will not be staying here again; this place is definitely blacklisted.
