The hotel service was excellent. Surprisingly, not only did they offer breakfast, but they also provided lunch, and the food selection was quite rich. Booking attraction tickets at the front desk got us a significant discount. The main highlight, however, was the affordable room price.

The room was spacious, the facilities were excellent, and the cleanliness was top-notch. The service was also very warm and welcoming. What I really loved was that the hotel not only provided free breakfast but also free lunch! Plus, they offered discounted tickets to the Sun River Forest Park and the Ancient Tea Horse Road Relic Park. It was truly fantastic!

The service was excellent, the room was clean, and the breakfast was good. Located in the Tea Horse Ancient Town, the environment is very quiet, and it offers great value for money. It's suitable for both business trips and leisure travel. I'll definitely come back next time.

Hygiene: Clean, quite good. Transportation: Very close to popular attractions in the city center. Service: Very good, includes breakfast and lunch for the day. Although I didn't have lunch, getting two meals is quite a good value. Environment: I even enjoyed a beautiful sunset from my room.

The environment is decent. The front desk service was just okay, mainly because I don't like hotels that host tour groups; it feels a bit chaotic. The breakfast selection was pretty good, but the toaster was broken.

This was by far the most unexpectedly pleasant and satisfying trip for our family among all our recent travels. The hotel we stayed at is relatively new, with fresh and clean decor throughout. All the daily necessities are well-equipped. Upon entering the room, you're greeted with a spacious and airy feel. The large windows provide ample natural light, making the entire room bright and refreshing, completely free from the cramped and stuffy feeling often found in older hotels. Regarding service, every staff member at the hotel exhibited outstanding professionalism. Even the housekeeping staff, when encountering guests, would smile and greet them proactively. Their response time to requests was quick, and their cleaning and tidying efficiency was exceptionally high. Throughout our stay, we felt well taken care of and at ease.

This has to be the best hotel I've stayed at all year! For 255 a night, we got a twin room that was clean and comfortable, and it even included breakfast AND lunch! Yes, lunch! The food was excellent with a wide variety of dishes. The pork ribs were adorable and delicious. As someone from Shanghai, I rarely eat pork outside of braised pork belly, but these ribs were surprisingly tasty (I think it has something to do with the local ingredients). The front desk lady was also very patient when scanning my documents! All in all, my dad and I thought it was incredibly good value for 255 yuan! Keep up the great work, and we'll definitely be back next year!

This is one of the better hotels in Pu'er. The customer service was very warm and welcoming, and they even offered discounted tickets for local attractions. Perhaps anticipating we might not be used to Pu'er cuisine, they also included breakfast and lunch. For this price, what more could you ask for? I'll definitely recommend it to my friends.

I was very dissatisfied with this hotel booking. The front desk staff were inexperienced, which slowed down the check-in process. Security was non-existent; there was no key card access for the elevators and no security personnel, so delivery drivers and other unauthorized people could freely enter and exit the hotel. On top of that, a stranger rang my doorbell at night, and when I opened the door, they just said they rang the wrong bell, which was quite frightening. The cleanliness wasn't terrible, but it certainly wasn't clean. I didn't take photos of some things, but they were quite disgusting. I just put up with it because I was traveling with my child and couldn't be bothered to switch hotels, thinking the next one might have the same hygiene issues. There was a laundry room, but it wasn't supervised by staff, so I didn't use it. The wait time was too long, and I also found it too dirty. The public restroom on the third floor was also very dirty.
