The hotel room is a bit old but the service was excellent. Booked 2 rooms and initially didn't had connecting when arrived but after requesting they managed to change my room and get connecting room with my friends. Service is top notch and breakfast is good too.

The hotel is slightly dated, but overall cleanliness is fine. There is a noticeable humid smell when entering the room, and the toilet also has a slight odor. The shower has strong water pressure, which is good, but the water flow from the basin faucet is quite weak. Breakfast offers mostly Filipino dishes, with an egg station and a selection of bread. Night time downstair restaurant you can have your dinner and drinks but they close 10pm .

This is a really good option with a good location, not far from the shopping center and lots of cafes and restaurants. The staff is a very professional, helpfull and friendly. The breakfast is good and various, only a few moments were negative: it was a smell of humidity in the room and furniture was old, but the condition was good. And  there wasn’t the microwave in the room and the fridge didn’t work.

This is quite good for the Philippines. Most importantly, the location is excellent; it's right next to Ayala Mall, so you have everything you need for food, shopping, and daily necessities. I'll definitely come back next time.

First time staying at Hotel Elizabeth and is quite convenient to the Ayala shopping mall. Room for improvement is the wifi in the room as its was weak and flushing toilet bowl was faulty. Hopefully in future stay they can do some improvement of it

Wow. All we can say is thank you to each and every staff member from cleaners to breakfast and bar staff and also front desk and door men. We don't want to leave this place. . we have 8 more days in manilla but wish we could stay here instead. We honestly felt like we were home the staff are so friendly and nothing was too much for them. Their politeness and attention to detail are above average and we are already planning our next trip. Ohh the beds.. omg they are so comfortable our son didn't want to get out. Honestly feel sad leaving this hotel . Massive thank you to everyone highly highly recommend this hotel. Mahal Kita to all of you. Melbourne with love.
