OBOR's Home Hotel

A truly wonderful stay! The staff were incredibly thoughtful and upgraded our room, which was spacious and comfortable. The hotel excels in every aspect – its facilities, service, and cleanliness are all excellent. The location is superb; you can see the high-speed train station right from the window. Getting here from the high-speed train station is a breeze: just cross the plaza in front of the station, then one more road, and you're there in about 200-300 meters on foot. The international long-distance bus station is also right next to the high-speed train station. If you're coming from the airport, simply take the airport shuttle bus to the high-speed train station. It's incredibly convenient for travel.

Absolutely fantastic! The front desk staff upgraded us to a suite, and it was such a wonderful first impression of Xinjiang's hospitality. We had a great night's rest and are now fully refreshed for our next stop. We're even planning to stay here again on our way back. Highly recommend!

Right next to the high-speed train station, just cross the road after exiting the station. Our room was upgraded to a suite, which was very spacious. From the high floor, we could see the entire high-speed train station, but it wasn't noisy at all, the soundproofing was excellent, very good indeed.

I arrived quite late, and the front desk clerk was incredibly thoughtful, upgrading me to a suite and even bringing some Tianshan yogurt. The hotel room was high-end, elegant, and stylish, with lovely Uyghur-inspired decor. The separate bathroom was spacious and luxurious. The soundproofing was excellent, and I drifted off to sleep in no time! It's just a stone's throw from the high-speed rail station, so I could sleep in a bit more. The breakfast had a rich variety of options and tasted absolutely delicious.

I arrived in Urumqi late at night and was planning to take the high-speed train to Yining the next day, so I booked this hotel. It's incredibly close to Urumqi Station, just a three to four hundred meter walk, and you can even see the station from the room. The room itself was spacious and even had its own living area. I initially thought it would just be a过渡 hotel, but it turned out to be a wonderful surprise.

The service was warm and inviting, though the deluxe suite could use an upgrade – I completely forgot to take pictures! 😉 In the afternoon, I was pleasantly surprised with fresh milk, and breakfast included thoughtful takeaways like yogurt and pastries. After years of traveling to many places, this is the first time I've experienced such unique and truly exceeding expectations service. If they had locations elsewhere, I would definitely stay again.

The room felt pretty good overall. The location is excellent, and transportation is very convenient. The front desk staff provided exceptionally thoughtful service, and I was very satisfied. However, the only downside was the lack of cold air conditioning. The room was too hot, and I found it unbearable. It also felt stuffy. I hope the hotel can address this and fix the AC issue! It was so hot in the room I felt like I had trouble breathing! It was really uncomfortable.

The hotel is conveniently located just a 300-meter walk from the North Square of the High-Speed Rail Station, making it easy to get around. The breakfast was excellent and highly recommended. My only suggestion would be to upgrade some of the facilities, for example, by adding smart toilets.
