This trip was for our honeymoon. Upon arrival great customer service, I mean phenomenal customer service everyday.
Villas- We stayed in villa #6, I wasn’t pleased with this villa. The cleanliness inside the bedroom area I would give a 7, the bathroom area 8, but the tub outside a 3 because of the layout and visibly dirty, we did not use the tub none of the days.
The outside lounge bed 3 in cleanliness, the pool a 3, visibly dirty and mildew. We did not use the pool for non of the days as will.
Now, we understand everything is majority outside and in the wild but they need to understand this is more of a reason to keep things clean on a regular. Villa #6 outside layout and bathroom tub area is made weird. The outside bed area faces the villa and you can really view the forest in the back, plus it’s surrounded by so much plants coming over onto the bed area which cause the bed to have plenty insects and ants. You wouldn’t be able to lay relaxed. I think the space should be open with a fan up top and plants trimmed or push away. This would help. Same thing with the tub area, plants growing over on to the tub, this area needs to be open, like other villas and the need to pressure clean the mildew walls.
Now, the food is good. I give it a 8. We mostly had breakfast.
