Super friendly staff, great breakfast. Fitness room was disappointing but who comes on holiday to work out 🤣

Everything was perfect. They even give an opportunity to rent a bike without a need to give a passport or deposit

We arrived BuriRasa afternoon but sadly lost a cellphone on the grab. The hotel’s employee was very enthusiastic and trying very hard to help us. The room was clean and comfortable. We could see the ocean from our balcony. Swimming pool was not so large but water was clean. Breakfast was mainly eggs, bread and fruits. Compared to other hotels on the island, they had Thai noodle soup. If it wasn’t so hot, we would try it. One pity thing is that there were so many mosquitos at the restaurant. We finished our breakfast with our foot constant shaking. But overall, we had a good time there.

The location of this hotel is indeed very good, and the decoration facilities are also very Southeast Asian style, but some of the service staff are really difficult to accept. Firstly, in the middle of the night, the service staff seemed to be wandering around, making several phone calls to ask for some necessary supplies, but they promised not to deliver them. Finally, they all went to the front desk to get them themselves. I was informed that the drinks provided in the room would only be provided for the first time during my stay. I stayed for 4 consecutive nights and received such a response. However, when I checked out, I was also very unhappy. I was notified to pack our luggage and leave in 10 minutes, which was really funny. I hope the hotel management can optimize the process, after all, it is to enjoy life, the price is not cheap, and the service details are too poor to tolerate.
