The rooms are comfortable and well maintained, and the whole place has a very relaxing and welcoming feeling. The food was also delicious, fresh, and prepared with care. Every meal felt homemade and enjoyable. 🍛❤️ The staff are very kind, helpful, and genuinely care about their guests. Their hospitality makes the stay even more special. This hotel left a particularly strong impression on me with its originality. It stands out from other Sri Lankan hotels with its unusually modern architecture and stylish lodge design. The hotel is located in a secluded nature reserve, yet within easy reach of the Galle area's top attractions-the famous Galle Fort and the religious gem - the Japanese Peace Pagoda. The hotel has an excellent restaurant with traditional Sri Lankan cuisine adapted for Europeans. I can recommend the full-body massage in the evening before dinner; the therapists are very professional. A free tuk-tuk shuttle takes you to the beach in 5 minutes, taking you to an incredibly beautiful beach where you can swim with huge, harmless sea turtles.

AVOID at any price. A hut camp with zero service, no walls, in the middle of a jungle, pretending to be a 4 stars hotel.

From the moment we arrived until the day we left, the staff were incredibly welcoming, friendly, and helpful. Located in a protected forest, this place offers a truly unique experience unlike any traditional hotel or hostel. Surrounded by birds and wildlife, it is the perfect place to disconnect from daily life and reconnect with nature. The rooms are designed more like a minimalist Gojo studio than a conventional hotel room, with low lighting and very few distractions, allowing you to fully immerse yourself in the atmosphere of the forest. The hotel is plastic-free and vegan, and its philosophy of living in harmony with nature can be felt throughout the entire property. The food and breakfast were excellent and perfectly matched the concept. If you are visiting Sri Lanka, I highly recommend staying here. You will leave feeling refreshed, relaxed, and recharged.

This hotel offered an incredible experience. It is one of the best places to stay in Unawatuna, surrounded by the jungle and nature. The hotel provides a free tuk-tuk shuttle service to the beach, which is very convenient. The breakfast was rich, varied, and delicious. If you’re looking for a peaceful stay immersed in nature, this is an excellent choice.
