ARTOTEL Grand Prima Surabaya

Tbh, it’s below my expectation. Room are old but still acceptable, bathroom spacious, luckily the bathtube is new and in good condition. Most down thing is the variant of breakfast, very different with other artotel chain in other city.

The towel was smelly. It didn't give impression of cleanliness. The water from bath floor was leaking to the carpet.

I had request for non smoking room and away from elevator but I got room in front of elevator and smoking room, buat it's still ok, hopefully next time the hotel can concern to special request

This is my second time here. The staff are genuinely nice and will greet you every single time. I had an issue with the aircon not being cold enough. The technician, front desk are all very patient and attentive to my request. Reaction was quick and I also had a room change. The room is very spacious with a great view of the city. Amenities aplenty and will cater to your needs. I had a good three nights rest and a wonderful stay here. Would definitely recommend this hotel.

The room was large and spacious, and the beds were very comfortable. It also featured a big bathtub; however, there was NO hot water during the night (hot water returned in the morning).The sink was not flushing. For a one-night stay, it was tolerable it was not a major issue.
