The Coolidge Corner Guest House: A Brookline Bed and Breakfast

Our room very old, including furniture with squeaky bed and chair. FYI, no a/c., but was not needed this time of year, so not a problem for us. Overall it did the trick and there morning spread was nice, although we had other plans so did not partake.

This is an okay budget option. I was thinking charming vintage aesthetic. I love a good, creaky Victorian! But it is more dingy thrift store aesthetic. Bad 80s decor applied to a Victorian and narrow spaces. I could hear strangers’ every word and breathing at night in adjoining rooms (through locked connecting doors).

I loved staying here Melissa the housekeeper was super nice, friendly very helpful when she had the whole house very clean always willing to help. The house felt very comfortable and very home feeling love the furniture the vintage feel/vibe. Close enough to the Red Sox Stadium definitely will be back and stay here again. The breakfast was amazing. They always had milk orange juice, granola bars, bagels everything was always clean and on point thank you so much for letting me stay there. I will definitely be back and the bathroom was super nice and clean too and the rooms as well.

I loved my stay at Coolidge Corner Guest House. Lovely cozy room, cleaned every day, convenient access to laundry, friendly staff, convenient location, and wonderful breakfast in a charming dining room.

Everything about this place was perfect. The house is decorated with a refreshing and consistent theme, the room we stayed in had a comfy bed and good insulation, the bagels and coffee in the morning are delightful, and the hosts who were there until 8pm were very helpful and made everything easy. My girlfriend was visiting from out of town and thanks to these factors we were able to have a fantastic valentines weekend.

This facility’s outdated heating system is not adequate for a cold New England winter day. We were uncomfortably cold the entire 3 days we stayed during a heavy snowstorm which prevented us from getting out. Supplemental space heaters in the guest rooms helped a little but the common areas were frigid. I would recommend a Spring or Fall visit in this otherwise nice Bed and Bagel.

Convenient to Travel to Boston and Other Places Room was clean and bright. Neighborhood quiet and safe. Room furnishings done in appealing and comfortable manner. Breakfast adequate and opportunity to sit around a diningroom table with other guests was a plus. Enjoyed the visiting over breakfast. Staff friendly. Could walk 5-10 minutes to catch the T to Boston. Very conveniently located.

Nice quiet stay Quiet, Clean room, tv wasn’t connected and needed to be fixed to cable. Hard to reach anyone but great service once we talked to someone. Grateful Housekeeping helped my daughter move her luggage out.
