Aktivhotel Santalucia

We are here the second time, now just my husband and me only. The first time was even with our tiny dog in the sun- also there was the experience great. The rooms are really great furnished with a great atmosphere. You look mostly towards the mountains and have a great pool for real swimming - also the restaurant and all the other places are always kind of renovated and good in shape. The most important is however the service : it’s a family hotel and you can tell by every little detail and taking care of the customer

Where to start? With the amazing team, the heartfelt welcome and the little something in the room that makes you feel like coming home? The cosy rooms and perfect facilities for sports holidays, like a small gym, sports laundry service, bike storage or small lockers for helmet and shoes, not forget the "private" 25m-Pool that was heated up extra for us? Or the incredible breakfast, the little Italian Aperos and yummy food in the evening? AktivHotel SantaLucia is all of this, and much more. If you are into sports and dolce vita in the beautiful region of Lago di Garda, there is no better place to stay. Or as the Aktiv-Team says: your home away from home ❤️ Thanks for another amazing stay, I'll be back!!

We all enjoyed the lovely facilities, ambience, helpful staff and the location of this exceptional hotel. We went in low season but there was still enough guests around but wasnt too busy either. We loved the pools, sauna and the breakfast area. We appreciated how peaceful and quiet the hotel and the area was to. The hotel is a 5 min walk uphill from the lovely town and lake Garda. Near enough to get to the restaurants and lakeside walks, far enough away from the traffic and noise! We found all the staff helpful and welcoming. They shared information for cycle routes and we really enjoyed hiring bikes and doing this during our stay. The whole place felt clean and well run. We would certainly like to visit this hotel - or another Aktivhotel - again in the near future.

It completely exceeded my expectations. The staff were very friendly and always helpful. Even though they were very busy, they always made time for us. Perfect facilities for e-bikes, beautiful rooms, very comfortable beds. The pool was a nice bonus. We enjoyed the wine tasting

Absolutely amazing stay. We loved Aktivhotel. We came for a road cycling holiday and could not have been happier that we chose to stay here. The routes leaving directly from the hotel were amazing, and they helped arrange our bike rentals and provided us with lights as we had forgotten our own. The hotel is so well-equipped with a bike maintenance area, bike wash station and secure storage with all bikes locked behind key-code entry doors. The lap pool was another huge bonus. We did olive oil and wine tasting that was complimentary on site and the breakfasts each day were spectacular. The staff were absolutely lovely and we already can't wait to go back.

This is a beautiful hotel ran by beautiful people. We had a wonderful time during our stay. Our initial contact with Christine and Tristan right from the outset was very impressive. They arranged transportation from Rovereto station to the hotel and pre arranged home transportation to Verona airport. The hotel is very smart and the decor is tasteful. We had booked a superior suite with a view. We were even asked what firmness of mattress we would like. The bed was extremely comfortable the room was pretty and bathroom facilities were beautiful. Everything was smart and functioned perfectly. Hotel facilities included gymnasium, sauna, large swimming pool and a smaller jacuzzi pool, table tennis table and a fully equipped bicycle repair workshop. The breakfast is outstanding. Ok, there’s no full English but there is grilled bacon (thin), fried or scrambled eggs, grilled tomatoes, toast……. My one and only compliment is the orange juice at breakfast; that was horrible. Other than This hotel is of a reasonable size, but still small enough to be intimate. By the time we left, we were on first name terms with most of the staff, all of whom were lovely warm hearted people.

A lovely hotel just outside the busy part of Torbole. They have all the things you need for a great holiday. Lovely pool (with always a sunbed available), a gym and a sauna. Everything for your bike and more. The breakfast is surely the best we ever had, and the man who cleans the breakfast is the most friendly guy in the building! From the hotel it is a short walk downhill to the centre and the lake. Their BBQ night is a must-do when you stay at the hotel. You pay the high end, but you get a lovely and relaxing place to stay in return.

What an outstanding stay. It is a very nice hotel with so much more. The people here is what really makes it special as you get personalization and attention to ensure you have a great stay. From wine and olive oil tastings, BBQ's, Pizza Nights, organizing treks into the mountains, it is easily one of the best stays we've had. Lake Garda is beautiful, but staying at Aktivhotel was part of the highlights of our trip. It is one of those places that we would definitely return to as what they offer, is hard to find. if you want to relax or be active, stay in or go out, catch some sun or swim a circuit, they are there to help. Just an amazing stay!
