Aktivhotel Santalucia

We are here the second time, now just my husband and me only. The first time was even with our tiny dog in the sun- also there was the experience great. The rooms are really great furnished with a great atmosphere. You look mostly towards the mountains and have a great pool for real swimming - also the restaurant and all the other places are always kind of renovated and good in shape. The most important is however the service : it’s a family hotel and you can tell by every little detail and taking care of the customer

A special place: close to the lake but far from noise and crowd. The service- people that will help you when you need it. Intelligent and kind. Perfect breakfast. Great special events. Joga in the Garden. Sporty guests around with a relaxed attitude. They offer various types of rooms- it really depends on what you need. We were there two weeks and it was very good🤩 The value for money is good.

Fine if you are a cyclist but otherwise I would go to another hotel. Rooms are very small and noisy. Breakfast is ok but overall atmosphere was not my kind of vibe.

A lovely place in a great location with the warmest and genuine people working there, who treat that place as their own home and the guests with the most respect and care. There are lots of opportunities for active holidays and a wonderful garden for a chill afterwords. The visit of the mountain house and the barbecue evening created great memories. We would definitely come back!

Loved everything about this hotel! The gym is top-notch and has all the equipment you need for a proper workout. It’s also in a prime location for jumping into various activities. A huge shoutout to the staff, who were super friendly and helpful throughout our stay. Bonus points for the outstanding breakfast that started every day off right. Highly recommended!

We loved this hotel. The staff were so friendly and helpful, particularly Christina. The breakfast was amazing. The autostop deal with the e-bikes was also great and we did loads of cycling and walking in the beautiful scenery. The hotel is understated and simple and absolutely perfect for our needs. It was clean, well-kept, with loads of opportunities to engage with hotel events and the locality. The pool area was lovely and never overly crowded. If you are staying in Torbole/ Riva , this is in a fantastic location, and I would look no further.

We spent our first week here of our three week cycling holiday in northern Italy. And what a gem to find this hotel so close to Lake Garda. We loved the staff, the food, the rooms, the wellness areas and all the details to support us as cyclists( daily washing of bike kits, secure bike room, bike tools/work stand etc) . As triathletes we loved the dedicated pool for lap swimming and also the wetsuit rental that we used to swim in Lago di Ledro-- gorgeous! The setting of the hotel was picturesque whether we were looking out from our room patio or when we were poolside. Just an absolute serene and tranquil vibe when we were on the hotel grounds. We would highly recommend!

Where to start? With the amazing team, the heartfelt welcome and the little something in the room that makes you feel like coming home? The cosy rooms and perfect facilities for sports holidays, like a small gym, sports laundry service, bike storage or small lockers for helmet and shoes, not forget the "private" 25m-Pool that was heated up extra for us? Or the incredible breakfast, the little Italian Aperos and yummy food in the evening? AktivHotel SantaLucia is all of this, and much more. If you are into sports and dolce vita in the beautiful region of Lago di Garda, there is no better place to stay. We all enjoyed the lovely facilities, ambience, helpful staff and the location of this exceptional hotel. We went in low season but there was still enough guests around but wasnt too busy either. We loved the pools, sauna and the breakfast area. We appreciated how peaceful and quiet the hotel and the area was to. The hotel is a 5 min walk uphill from the lovely town and lake Garda. Near enough to get to the restaurants and lakeside walks, far enough away from the traffic and noise! We found all the staff helpful and welcoming. They shared information for cycle routes and we really enjoyed hiring bikes and doing this during our stay. The whole place felt clean and well run. We would certainly like to visit this hotel - or another Aktivhotel - again in the near future.
