It was surprisingly good; it's a resort area. The booking stated no breakfast was included, but they provided a continental breakfast. The surrounding area has excellent sightseeing and dining options.

Clean Room/ had plenty of space/ iron/ microwave / fridge/ perfect for a couple of nights. We stayed off season , but has a nice view of the water.

The room seemed to be recently updated. Easy, less than a mile walk to downtown Ogunquit. However, there were some issues affecting the stay in the room. The bath soap container in the shower was empty. TV couldn't get several of the channels. No instructions on how to make the room heating/cooling unit work (needed to turn on a power switch on a wall leading into the bedroom. Ice machines had not yet been hooked up, but it is still early in the season.

Clean room not perfumed up as I have allergies so it’s really happy about that. Your staff was nice when we checked in and checked out. I don’t believe that we were offered a breakfast, but we would definitely stay here again comfortable bed. The mattresses weren’t really thick so I was surprised at how comfortable the bed was.

Room was clean. The view was fantastic. Only wish we were here in warmer weather to use pool. Wonderful place to stay.

Room was very cold as hotel closed next day. Decor is barren & cheerless. Front desk person was very nice. Didn’t make up for the room
