The staff provided excellent service, always smiling, polite, and very helpful. The accommodation is new, spacious, clean, and beautiful, with complete facilities. It's quiet and peaceful, close to major shopping malls, and conveniently located. The price is also very good. Highly recommended for anyone looking to stay in the city center.

The front desk staff were very responsible. Overall, it was a good experience. The hotel isn't on a main street, but it only takes 10-15 minutes by car to get to Central World. (P.S. There's a cute little yellow cat nearby that's very well-behaved and adorable! 😍)

Everything was absolutely perfect, and the service was excellent. The only minor downside is that it's right next to the interchange, but the traffic noise was still acceptable.

This is a very clean and well-equipped hotel apartment, making for a really comfortable stay. The only downside is that the balcony can't be opened. I specifically looked for a hotel with a balcony, only to find out after checking in that the windows don't open, which means the air circulation isn't great 😂. Overall, it was a very comfortable stay. The only inconvenience was needing a tuk-tuk to get to the BTS, as Bangkok traffic is notoriously bad 😂.

The room size is decent, and it's clean with good service from the staff. The breakfast options are a bit limited, but the taste is acceptable.

The hotel is centrally located and offers a shuttle service to the BTS station and Central Embassy mall, which makes getting around very convenient. The room was a one-bedroom suite, perfect for families like ours traveling with children, as it provided good space separation. Overall, it was clean and tidy, and the staff were all very polite. We checked in on a Thursday, and I arrived quite early. I was very grateful that the front desk was willing to accommodate an early check-in. However, the hotel's breakfast lacked variety and options. It was the same every day. We stayed for four nights, and by the third day, both adults and children were tired of it and didn't eat much. I hope they can improve this aspect in the future. Overall, it's a hotel I would definitely be willing to revisit.
