The location was very good, near Phloen Chit BTS (7 mins walk) or hitch a complimentary ride from the hotel tuk tuk at every half hour. 10 mins away walk from Sukhumvit..Grab costs under 150 THB to anywhere central. The room was big and generally clean though a bit dated. Breakfast was OK. We actually ordered breakfast on the 3rd day via Grab Food for something different. The counter staff was very helpful and pleasant with our request for a late check out and some stationary. Airport transit was arranged for us at 500 THB including highway charges, good for if you don't want to stress over trying to find a last minute ride to the airport

Booked a two bedroom suite with the hotel and definitely worth the price! The staff are all really friendly and they have TukTuk service to and fro BTS. We tried walking and although Google Maps says 11 mins, I believe its shorter than that + very easy to walk. Suitable for family and friends if you guys want to be in the same room but separated 🙏🏻

Great family hotel in Thailand! Clean, spacious rooms and friendly staff made our stay comfortable. Kids loved the pool, and breakfast was delicious. Convenient location and excellent service throughout. Highly recommended.

The room is really spacious and tidy. Has the basic amenities, and good for value. The bed is comfortable and big. The staff are polite and friendly. The breakfast options are not a lot but all very tasty. I would recommend this place and I would definitely return in the future.

Overall quite happy with this accommodation. Plus point there is washing-dryer machine in the room, save me hassle for laundry. The breakfast spread was not many varieties but good enough for a decent breakfast. Special shout out to the hotel staff lady who was on duty on 25 Dec at the breakfast place. I went in around 9.45am right before it closes at 10am. She still greeted me with warm smile and asked if I would like to order some eggs she can get kitchen to fresh make for me. Quickly grabbed some food,she served the omelette right away to my table, and kindly reminded me that the food station will be closed in 5 mins and asked if I would like to grab some more food, wished me Merry Xmas too. Thank you for such lovely service! Check on and check out process was quite smooth, hotel has free tuk tuk shuttle service every 30mins, check out the shuttle schedule from the front desk. A 7 mins walking distance to BTS if you prefer to walk. Hotel is clean, basic amenities but good enough for short stay. I booked the room months ago for a town bed room and specified away from lift However it seems to be missed out and they arranged me a double bed, after communicating with them once again good that they are willing to fulfil my request but too bad the only room they had was near to the lift, no choice but to accept that. Just a minor down side hope that they do look at the room type booked carefully before assigning to the guests. Other than that the rest are decent.
