The front desk lady was very gentle and patiently explained all the check-in procedures! She was very approachable, and we could pick up disposable amenities at the front desk, which was super convenient! The place is also very clean, and the room is spacious and bright.

I've stayed here many times, and I'm always very satisfied. The location is great, the front desk staff speak fluent Mandarin, and the service is excellent. Although the policy states that disposable toiletries are not provided, you can pick them up at the front desk upon check-in. It's incredibly good value for money! Highly recommended!

Years from now, I might not recall every detail of my trip. But I'll definitely remember the lobby manager opening a bottle for me, and the lovely front desk lady giving me tissues and a band-aid.

I booked a hotel relatively close to Central, and the price was decent for Hong Kong. Of course, the room was very small, but rooms in Hong Kong are generally tiny given how expensive land is here. Other than that, everything else was quite convenient, and overall, it offered good value for money.

The surrounding area has a very local, bustling vibe. It's a bit inconvenient to pull luggage from the subway station due to the uphill and downhill slopes. The hotel service is good, and there are many small eateries nearby. It really feels like old Hong Kong.
