Fairfield Inn & Suites Plymouth White Mountains

The Fairfield is not that old only 567 maybe years old. It’s clean and the staff is terrific already. I think the room decor is really dated and needed needs updating though it’s in good condition. The breakfast is typical math in my opinion. I think I paid $350 for one night and it’s a standard free breakfast, but it could be better. Toaster did not work at all but overall it’s a great day and the best in the area.

They Changed my room booking due to being over booked. Stated "gave you mountain views". Open curtain and it was view of dumpsters. The person we starred check in with swapped with another person to tell us about room change. Food vending prices are high. Flat pillows with absolutely not life left in them. Very small pool.

Clean, friendly, well designed hotel with wonderful amenities and a very good breakfast. The most important, and the worst part of the stay was the bed. Two star beds at best.

Clean room and spacious, very quiet. Warm cookies was a nice touch. Gentlemen wasn't too courteous while checking in. Nearby restaurants The Covered bridge had excellent service and food. Definitely returning good location for skiing.

Easy check-in, parking was excellent, breakfast was very good. No issues.

Staff was friendly, rooms were ok. Some rust in the bathtub. Great location to the main road. Parking wasnt an issue. Free breakfast was great.

The employees are very kind the building itself is very clean I know it's a little mold in the shower that I didn't really care for The noise level is a bit concerning I had to call the front desk a few times to get the people upstairs to stop whatever it is that they were doing We are the kind of people that complain about noise but it went on to about 2:00 in the morning and never stop so none of us got any sleep and we were exhausted because the pipes in our house exploded and our furnace broke so we had had days of being exhausted and finally seeking a hotel to get some sleep and some showers and we didn't get any sleep whatsoever

When I booked our room, I book a room with 2 queen beds. I paid for a room with 2 queen beds. What I was told upon arrival was that they didn't have my room available and they only had a room with a king bed and pull out sofa bed. A pull out sofa bed is definitely not a comfortable bed. This sofa bed had holes in the mattress and just looked dirty. It was a thin mattress and was uncomfortable. When I book something, I expect it to be available. I understand that mistakes happen, but it is how you handle the mistake that matters. I was told I could pay more for an additional room or I could go elsewhere. Not okay. When I called ******* to see if they could help the agent on the phone said he thought a sofa bed was fine. Good for him! Not okay and further frustrating. I can say, I do not plan on using either the hotel or ******* again. No customer service. Instead, ******* told me I was being the problem. I asked for something, booked it, paid for it and didn't get it and I am the problem???? No thanks.

Bathroom had hair in sink and shower. Went down to breakfast at 9:10 and no eggs left, along with other things. Chose this hotel for breakfast and didn’t get anything but a bagel. If you say you serve until 9:30am you should serve until 9:30.
