the service level is very high in my opinion.
we unfortunately arrived at a mobile home full of giant ants.
30 minutes after we had reported it, two people came and fixed it and have only seen one ant since 🙏🏻
the next day a lady comes by and asks if everything is ok and if we have any questions, I think that is very personal and good service

the food at the campsite is actually ok,
you can't get "proper food "
a lot on the site costs extra money.
it is very hilly, so you can't really get around without taking the little train, which is always packed with screaming children and teenagers
for us it is not "real camping" it is not cozy but too packed with people everywhere, including at the various pools! you are in a rush for everything - even the water slides you give up because of the queue.
and last but not least it is extremely noisy here! there are a lot of dutch people living there and they shout instead of talking 🫣
and there is music everywhere, way too loud music! both at the pools and eating places .
we were in florence today, it was super nice . but it took us about 1.5 hours to find a parking space 😅
the cleanliness is ok, not perfect but ok.
so anyway, it is super nice to be here for the 4 days that we have booked .
meeeen we will not be back!
then we would rather go to camping park umag croatia, where we have just been ! it is quieter, more humble danes and for us it is more camping nice 🙏🏻
the energy level and the atmosphere here is more reminiscent of an amusement park than relaxation, so can't recommend it 🫣
