We’ve just returned after a three week trip away which ended in a 7 day stay at Piani Di Clodia in Lasize. We loved our stay - the pools, the site, the lake side etc, but not sure it’s 5 star as it claims. What would have made it truly 5 star would have been ensuring our bungalow had the garden space it claimed on the picture in addition to the patio space (bit misleading when booking and I assume we paid the same amount as others for the space), air con only being in the bedroom so those on the sofa bed could only stay remotely cool if those in the bedroom froze with the air con on low and the door remaining open, there was no kettle, moka, coffee macine so only way to make a hot drink was with pan or microwave (which felt like sacrilege 😅), also the pools are amazing so many different ones but if I was picky I would choose to have either an adult only pool or an early morning swim just for adults in the swim lanes. Also finally (and promise this is the last criticism because we truly did enjoy our stay!) the restaurants are fairly disappointing. It feels like they have sold out to their Germanic guests by making every other item have a ‘wurst’, ‘schnitzel’ or ‘Apfel’ something. This alongside rushed service and vague pasta dishes meant the food was similar to that of a basic all inclusive set up rather than feeling authentically Italian which, let’s be honest, is why people (mostly?) travel to this beautiful country and part of it! The restaurants are not the cheapest either so when the slab of toast with chopped tomatoes loosely pegged as bruschetta or the plate of oil accompanied by some piece of pasta pegged as aglio e olio arrive, it kinds of adds insult to injury! Even just having one really good authentic restaurant on site would make all the difference and we would have been happy to pay for the experience! Anyway those are the things that I would change if I could and would guarantee a return. But I don’t want to leave such a negative review - again the site is beautiful, well situated and very well equipped with many pools, daily and nightly entertainment, green spaces including beautiful flowers and plants, laundry, on site hairdresser and gym, play areas, well stocked shops, bike hire, lots of space and complete tranquility with beautiful views of and access to the the lake. We really did love our stay and the kids would go back in a heartbeat!

Where do I start. We had a great time from when we arrrive right until we left. A great welcome at check in, so well organised and helpful. Our accomodation was just as expected. Clean and air conditioning. We hired towels and bedding all these were all in our accomodation waiting for us. The pools, we loved all them and more importantly so did our kids. Also great to see so many lifeguards keeping watch. We were always able to get sun loungers and poolside refreshments were also a big hit. The playground and trampoline park were a big hit with our 4 year old and our 15 year old loved the mini golf table tenis and so much more. Onsite dining certainly hit the spot good pasta and good pizza. We preferred the one located further away from the main theatre, but nothing wrong with either of them. The shuttle bus service was great, but it is also a nice walk into town. The entertainment was a massive highlight. The mini disco everynight was great entertainment for the kids and allowed the adults to relax too. Do not miss the foam party, so much fun and foam. No complaints. The place has lots to do. It can cater for the crowd. The staff were all nice and friendly and helpful. The place was really clean even after a storm. Perfect for families, looking forward to coming back. Definately 5 stars

It is a clean and well maintained place and has all that you want for a camping resort. Unfortunately the staff is quite rude and embarrased me and my husband several times during our visit. That put quite a damper on everything and we considered leaving several times. We couldn't enjoy fully all that was offered because of couple of instances where we were made to feel very unwelcomed and stupid. The miniclub girls were wonderful for our kids but that is about it.

We visited here this week and it was a good place to go but there was a few things we found wrong. Firstly in low season there is only 1 swimming pool open which was a baby pool, at the start of the week the main pool with the big slides was open and our kids loved it, but they closed it after 2 days and my kids were very disappointed - low season was the reason why it's closed. Only one of the restaurants remain open during the day and the supermarket closes for 3.5 hours in the middle of the day! The porter staff were very friendly. All in all it's a nice place but there is better places and cheaper.

Guess where I am going next Summer? I am definitely returning. I am a family of 4, 2 adults, 2 children (6 and 8 yrs old). When I say there was EVERYTHING to do for kids here, I mean everything. We spent our last few years in Cambrils Park in Salou but we swapped it up this year and went to Piani di Clodia after a recommendation from neighbours. And boy, are we glad we took their advice. We stayed in a bungalow for 12 days. Although the bungalows were outdated and cramped, we got over it. We literally had slept and had breakfast there. We were out for the remainder of the day at the pools or at the football pitches. 1. Restaurants - both restaurants were fine. I had nothing that blew me away. It was ok but free shuttle brought you to Lazise each evening. Got food there most evenings and had a choice of restaurants in Lazise. 2. Pools - clean, plenty of loungers (larger families grab 2 or 3 parasols so you want to get one quick). Pools open at 10am and no rushing for a lounger. No throwing your towel down and coming back at 5pm as there were plenty of spare loungers. Plenty of entertainment by the pool too. Loads of slides and ginormous slides too. 3. Soccer pitch. Plenty of activities and daily soccer clubs. Kids play in the evening on the pitch located beside the evenings entertainment. 4. Nighlty entertainment - meh, it is what it is. The staff put on a kids mini disco, they then do a show (Frozen, Moana, Queen tribute, etc) which is summed up in 30 mins. It wasnt for me and i've seen better entertainment at other resorts but i get over it. 5. Staff - Cleaning staff - always friendly and chatty. Restaurant staff - helpful and knowledgeable of food. Bar staff at cabin bar by the entertainment at night - not so much. You could tell they didnt want to be there especially the guy. He just was rude. The cashier was pleasant. 6. Cleanliness - you always say the staff walking around cleaning up the streets. Plenty of bins for recycling and trash. All in all, I am definitely coming back next year. Maybe an upgrade to a mobile home is needed this time around for more comfort and less claustrophobia.

We have just spent a week at this resort . As a family of 10 we loved all the different areas and activities on offer. The pools are outstanding and always sunbeds available, the walk to the lake is easy with lots of lovely areas to swim . The restaurants, little bars, cafes on site are great and the supermarket has a good range to keep stocked up for the week. Staff go above and beyond and there is an endless list of activities for all ages. We stayed in the bungalows that were abit dated but fine. We would definitely recommend visited .

Best campsite on Lake Garda, friendly staff who do lots of shows. Six epic swimming pools but they can be quite cold. The pizzas are really good at two restaurants. Two shops, lots of sports comps and places to play, ( table tennis, football, basketball) the toilets are really clean despite the locks being not the best and a cleaner once tried to open my door. Easily accessible to the lake. Definitely go here if you want to stay near the Lake Garda.⛺🌊

Stayed in bungalows arc resort which were extremely clean, our families stayed in 956 and 961. 2 bedrooms, 2 bathrooms, kitchen starter kit of dishcloth very small bottle washing up liquid (which lasted as used dishwasher). Hired bedding and towels which were in excellent condition. The maintenance service is superior to none, our microwave stopped working and brand new one was there within an hour. Beautiful walks along the lake (access through 3 gates at bottom of resort) lovely tavernas en route overlooking lake. Staff amazing, really helpful, friendly, nothing a trouble. Would have liked the new children's swimming pool to have been finished as looked amazing. Would definitely recommend.

We stayed in one of the houses right by the lake, and the view was absolutely fantastic – peaceful mornings and beautiful sunsets every day. Piani di Clodia is perfect for families who find traditional hotels too boring for young kids, but think camping can be a bit too noisy or hectic. Here, you get the best of both worlds: a comfortable, private stay with full access to all the great facilities – pools, slides, playgrounds, restaurants, and more. Our children loved every minute of it, and so did we. The resort is also just a short drive from Lazise, making it easy to explore the charming town and enjoy the local food and atmosphere. We’ll definitely be back!
