The apartment has a great location and the rooms are fantastic. It has four Spanish-style balconies, the streets outside are clean, and it's close to the beach and metro station. Many attractions, such as the cathedral, are within walking distance.

The room was clean, and towels were changed daily. It's close to the beach, making it very convenient. It's not a hotel, but a guesthouse; there's no night service or lobby. There's only one receptionist, working from 10 AM to 6 PM daily. If you don't check in during these hours, you have to pick up your room key at a nearby hotel, where the staff will leave it. Only the first floor (the ground floor is a bar) belongs to this operator. I booked a sea-view room, but I couldn't see the sea; I could only see the harbor with many ships docked, which was a poor experience. The building has five floors, but guests can't go to the rooftop. So, those pictures on Ctrip of people looking out from the rooftop are fake; you can't actually go up there. Hotels around the harbor are overpriced and terrible; avoid them for food.
