Beachside Resort Hotel

Very ran down, pool chairs where all broken and unable to use. When we checked in we was told house keeping came at 11 every morning they was waking us up at 9 only to take out the trash they never cleaned swept or made the beds we'd have to go ask for more towels we stayed 5 nights I'd not recommend this place the mattresses and ceilings had mold on them

Our entire experience with the hotal was great. This is our second year back and it was as wonderful as the first. The hotel is right across the street from the beach and some of the stores were in walking distance. The staff at the hotel was extremely helpful and courteous. The hotel was clean as well. We will defnitely be staying here again!

This is not a fancy, luxury resort but the customer service (from the entire staff) and location make up for that. Christy was an absolute pleasure and went above and beyond to make sure we had a great stay. Beach access was right across the street and stores and restaurants were within walking distance. We enjoyed the fresh coffee every morning and the pool. The full size refrigerator and microwave were also a plus. We will definitely stay again if we visit the Gulf Shores!

I've stayed before always in the off season and find it a remarkable value. Full fridge and microwave. Nice pool deck. Good coffee in lobby. Everyone friendly and accommodating. Best deal for easy beach access on the Island. Summer rates more than double, though. Best deals November to first of March which is actually the best time to go to Gulf Shores. Summer is for cold mountain rivers.

Great location, clean and friendly service. It’s a little noisy and the beds not so comfy. Overall experience was good though!

Was fair overall had a nice stay

Room could have used a good cleaning, there were hair strands throughout. The good part was the location across from the beach and walkable. Free coffee in the lobby in the morning.
