Overall a good hotel but with issues. It’s a 15 minute walk from the centre but that’s ok. Bigger items …pool was dirty (no chlorine) , room was dirty and the lifts are needing replacement. On the plus side the staff were friendly and the location was good for the beach.

Excelente espacio de piscina, yacuzzi y sauna. También el lugar de juegos para niños y adolescentes. Muy buena atención de su personal y un desayuno exquisito. La cercanía a las playas y al centro de la ciudad lo convierten en un hotel incomparable con otros de su categoría.

Tuvimos que cancelar la estadia una vez que llegamos. Habiamos reservado una habitacion adaptada para una persona en silla de ruedas y nos estafaron. No hay accesibilidad, no entra la silla ni en el ascensor. El baño tenia escalon. Habia olor a humedad. El encargado nos destrato muy horriblemente, diciendo que no le importaba porque trabajaban con hotel lleno. Nos negaron fotos previamente, asi que eso evidentemente fue porque sabian que nos estaban engañando. PESIMO!!!!

Estuvimos alojados cuatro noches con mi Señora y quedamos bastante conformes con la atención y los servicios ofrecidos. El hotel está ubicado a dos cuadras de Playa la Perla (Alfonsina Storni). Incluye desayuno, piscina Climatizada cubierta, salón de juegos, gimnasio y cochera (con costo adicional). La atención de todo el personal fue MUY BUENA!!

Realmente un desastre, paso a enumerar los puntos negativos: habitación muy chica, la limpieza un desastre, la pileta solo se puede con turno por 1 hora, el gym no existe, el lugar para desayunar o cenar es muy chico y hay que esperar para sentarse o aguantar estar apretado, las instalaciones son viejas y no tiene mantenimiento, realmente el hotel caro para lo que ofrecen pero te cobran la zona, la Perla, el estacionamiento no existe nunca hay lugar y en la zona podes estar horas para poder estacionar, una sola cosa positiva, el desayuno tiene variedad.
