Vienna International Hotel（Dali Erhai Park High-Speed）

The room was spacious and bright, and parking was convenient. Overall, I'm quite satisfied!

The room was great, well-equipped, and very clean and new. It was perfect for a stay.

The environment is absolutely fantastic, and the location is superb. It's just a short walk from Dali Station, which is very convenient. The service was warm and attentive; any help I needed was promptly addressed. A special thanks to the front desk staff!

The hotel is very close to Erhai Park, just a 10-minute walk away. It has an underground parking garage, or you can park in the open space in front of the hotel. The room was spacious, clean, and tidy. It featured a U-shaped sofa along the wall, a single armchair with a table, and even a nightcap area, creating a great environment for guests to relax. Breakfast was quite varied, and the service was excellent.

This is my first time reviewing a hotel, I've never done it before. 1. The air conditioning didn't have hot air. It was cold all night, and I adjusted it countless times, so I couldn't sleep well the entire night. And I assure you, it's not because I don't know how to operate it! 2. I'm a member and I redeemed points for this stay. I was eligible for an upgraded room, but the staff wouldn't allow it. 3. All night long, I heard the toilet flushing and water flowing through the pipes. It was impossible to sleep. I don't know how the design is, but my room was 209. You can go and experience it yourself to see if what I'm saying is true. 4. The window was an internal one, meaning no ventilation at all. Was my booking for an internal window? This is the worst stay experience I've ever had. This is both my first and last time; I will never choose this hotel again!

The environment is great, and the service is excellent. However, the hotel room is a bit small and located right next to the elevator and laundry room, which can be noisy. I specifically requested a room away from the elevator when booking, but ended up getting one right next to it and across from the laundry room.

The room was super clean and quiet, so I slept really well at night. The hotel staff provided excellent service, accommodating all sorts of small requests, and most importantly, they even offer airport transfers! Next time I come to Dali, I'll probably stay at Vienna again. Facilities: Well-equipped. Hygiene: Very clean. Environment: Quiet.
