Palolem Inn

Excellent stay at beach front rooms...hospitality by Adel was excellent..

Basic hotel with great location. Its a budget hotel in south goa. we chose this due to proximity to the palolem beach. rooms were good enough. we had 4 rooms taken most of them were good few needed some tweak in shower head or bathroom door. stuffs were friendly and really helpful. the pool is great. we had a nice stay. the food is bit expensive

Except the location, everything else is terrible. * No signage of the property, no front desk, no proper billing * Dirty beach view room * No amenity except a small fridge and barely functional AC * Broken and dirty washroom without basic toiletries and without towels * Dirty curtains of the room as well as washroom * Main door of the room doesn't close properly unless you do a wrestling with it. Gaps in room and wahsroom walls which makes the room noisy and makes AC irrelevant * Don't go by the property photo. Outside is painted well, but inside its terrible * Charged exorbitantly to near 4-5 star price, which is not even worth for FREE * Perfect place to screw up you dream vacation on beachfront

It rained and the roof leaked within minutes, soaking the floor and bed. Had to leave in the middle of the night to get alternative accommodation and have asked for a refund and got no response. Given the state of the ceiling and the dampness of the room (including mould on the pillow inside in the pillowcases), I cannot imagine this is the first time this happened. Would avoid at all costs - a poorly maintained and unusable property.

We stayed at Palolem Inn for two weeks in December 2023. We liked our room and the comfortable bed. The room was cleaned every day. The areas outside of the room (hall, staircase etc) are not well maintained. A pity because with some effort everything could look a lot better. Palolem is the perfect beach destination. The bay is really beautiful. There are many restaurants in Palolem. Our favorite for breakfast is German Bakery. For dinner we went several times to Royal Italy and to Nest (on the beach). I hope come back to Palolem!
