Hotel Jackson

Our stay was excellent.. from front desk to valet parking.. also assistance in arranging tours and other amenities was superb.. would highly recommend this property if you travel to Jackson Wy

The stay was great and the staff was fantastic. My only issue was they hit me with an exorbitant valet fee of $75.00. Much more than the advertised rate.

This place is incredible!!!! From the first greeting from the bellmen to the front desk staff, everyone was so nice!! The rooms and hotel are sophisticated, warm and welcoming. The maid staff made our room perfectly clean that made coming back from long days on the trails very relaxing. We have not 1 complaint at all!!!! Stay here for sure!!

Great hotel for being in the Center of town and walk to restaurants shops and activities. Hotel was quiet even with a hub of activity going on so great place to unwind after a long day. A very nice library for guests to relax beautifully furnished with fireplace. Room we stayed in was efficient and appointed with comfort items including insulated backpack that was custom packed for our day trips. Currently an expansion is underway so construction activity begins around 7am. They are adding a rooftop restaurant which will be a great feature when completed. The current restaurant Figs in the lobby is small as is the bar (four barstools). We ate at the restaurant the first night. The food was good but the service was slow because at this time they are not yet staffed for upcoming season. Our meals came out at different times. Staff was very friendly. We will definitely stay here again!

The hotel was perfectly located, and the restaurant was fantastic. The bartender is amazing the library and extras that they would have every morning where amazing.

i adore this hotel in every way. and they have the best breakfast of anywhere i have ever been—categorically. if i had to specify, i’d say biscuit breakfast sandwich. also best pitas outside of iran!

Beautiful hotel & great location. I was very upset when I accidentally left my wedding ring in the room the first day, and came back to find everything moved and the ring gone. The management pretty much did nothing the whole stay, and didn't provide turn down service after that. However, after we checked out, Oscar the head of housekeeping found the ring (supposedly in a place I had looked well several times) and heroically brought it to me at the airport. I was very grateful for his extraordinary efforts, while management just threw up their hands. Roof hot tub was neat too. I was disappointed the ski shuttles only ran a few times each day and we ended up having to drive.
