強烈推薦！剛到酒店進房間全家每個人都興奮，爸媽特別喜歡，建議有機會帶父母住一晚。房間設施很有細節，衞生沒毛病，床品都很高級舒服。價位真的還好，畢竟包含了門票和早餐，早餐真的非常豐富，我們四個人都讚不絕口。特別謝謝管家菜菜，全程貼心服務，很認真很用心，住了這麼多酒店一對比，這些細節其實都能看出酒店的管理出色。

Located in wangxiangu scenic area.
No need to pay for entrance fee. Just shows the booking.
My room have window but no view. It’s quite outer zone of village but nearly lobby and dining room.
Since you stay in village, you can explore village peacefully in night and early in the morning.
Lots of stairs and steep.
The breakfast is great. Many kind of dishes rice, porridge, noodles, dumplings, salad, bread, soy milk, yogurt , etc.
The photo servicee is also great. You can choose your own outfit and they take photos for you.
5 photos included in the room price, however , I spend 499 for additional 10photos.

房間離中心景區很近小吃街就在後麪一條街非常方便。服務挺好行李可以搬上搬下，雖然是人工景點衞生環境挺好一早就在沖洗地面。沒來過的可以來看一下。

Mostly English friendly, good location scenic views. Hour travel from the train station.
 Nice service overall check-in was quick good service around the valley, shower was leaky and a few stained or dirty spots around the room.
Luggage service seemed to be free, spoke no English took my room key and lingered in the room after dropping suitcase. I didn’t know a tip was required could only give the change I had in my wallet.  Felt very awkward and ruined my start in the hotel.

What a superb hotel ever!
Very good scenery from my room (attached here is view from my room window)
Luckily we can enter to our room before 1 pm and my room isn’t far from the hotel lobby. 2 person in our group have leg/foot injury, no need to walk much to the room.
I recommend 2 way,
1. Walk down from hotel, then at the end of route, climb up and take hotel sightseeing shuttle vehicle at carpark P4 back to hotel
2. Take shuttle vehicle from the lobby to P4 then climb up (I select this way but with all walk… the scenery as in last photo)
Big thanks to Cai Cai, our concierge person who taking care us for all trip. After check in, add her WeChat and she help loads during our stay🫶🏻💖 tbh it’s really nice to have this kind of service.

總體服務體驗還是不錯的，管家會提前與你聯繫告知一些望仙谷內遊覽注意事項，因為住宿區域是依山而建，去房間需要走階梯，入住和退房時都安排了師傅來幫忙拿行李，我們衹需要放心遊玩即可

望仙谷這個行程超出預期，特別是景區內的仙宿，房間設施完備，有一對一專門的引導員幫忙拿行李、引路到房間。另外還有專屬管家，管家菜菜簡直不要太貼心，有求必應而且非常及時，晚上有反饋，早餐有問候。
打算居住在景區的朋友可以事先聯繫酒店，提出要求，比如全家出行，需要住一個小院到，還有靠近景區的，或者靠近服務區的，包括房間一房一格，不盡相同，一定有你滿意的。
特別是早上能享受空無幾人的整個景區，太好了
