SpringHill Suites Bend

Everything about this hotel is really good. The walkable area has many food optionns and takes you right into fun and lively old town Bend with shops and restaurants. In the room, the set up with the sitting area with pull out bed and the desk and bathroom is spacious and convenient and clean. The hot tub and pool are great. The breakfast is good and the option for a night cap is nice. I have stayed at this property before with a comfortable bed and pillows but unfortunately this time our bed and pillows were not so comfy.

Arrived at 7pm and our room ( booked double queen bed)was not available or cleaned. There was one Front desk woman who was very stressed, answering calls and managing checkins, complaining rooms aren't clean, said we would have to wait an hour for a room. I asked for any room avail sooner as we were exhausted, and after 15 minutes she found a smaller room which had been cleaned for us. The room had been cleaned but not well, smelled horrible, of spray trying to cover up other odors. There was a bar but no service. No room service. Understaffed?

Our rooms were really expensive for Memorial Day weekend, but the hotel exceeded our expectations in every way so we were happy to pay the inflated rates. Good breakfast buffet!

I booked and paid for a king suite. They said ******* oversold the king rooms and there were not any available. So they gave us a queen room. We were very unhappy about this

Very well appointed hotel. Fresh and clean with everything required for a expedient two night stay.

Ample parking at hotel with daily charge of $20. Staff very friendly and professional. Room was clean and spacious, small sofa, coffee table, desk with chair for working on computer, bathroom with shower/tub, and two beds. Breakfast is what you'd expect for a free breakfast in selection, food was hot and good quality. The pool and soa area were well maintained and in good cobdition with towels fully stocked for use. My only negative comment is that on the every other day room service the bed linens didn’t get changed. Towels were chamged out, bathroom cleaned and beds were made. Overall management and staff are doing all the right things in my book to make your stay enjoyable and comfortable. There are lots of eating places within a short walk.

This hotel was awesome! Great location, clean rooms and yummy breakfast! I will always stay here when I come to Bend!

Everything was very clean. There is breakfast every morning and they have coffee available in the lobby all day. Everyone was very helpful. Location is great! We will definitely be staying here again (although, I am not a fan of the paid parking).

The room was excellent. The coffee could use a stronger coffee to compliment the stay .
