SpringHill Suites Bend

The room itself was great and clean, but housekeeping failed to come the one time they were supposed to. So that was disappointing. They ended up coming after we spoke with the front desk staff, but we were disappointed we had to ask them.

Unfair to charge for parking. The only way to be warned of it is to click on the amenities tab. I don’t care about the amenities, so I didn’t click it. This place is overpriced. In addition to their high rates, I get solicited to poor money into the place with water left in the room for $5.00 and to pay for memberships to use the internet.

The establishment was kept very clean, from our room, to the gym to the swimming pool. The main area where the breakfast was available each morning was orderly and clean as well. Staff was very nice and most helpful.

Great location easy to get to many restaurant and shopping options. Also great for morning walks along the river. We appreciated the breakfast offering, simple but just enough to get you going. I really appreciated all the great mix in’s for the yogurt or oatmeal!

Fabulous location! Walking to the Mill District, coffee shops & great restaurants made for a truly enjoyable weekend. The staff was friendly, helpful & professional. Loved watching the soccer match & basketball game with other guests.

Everything about this hotel is really good. The walkable area has many food optionns and takes you right into fun and lively old town Bend with shops and restaurants. In the room, the set up with the sitting area with pull out bed and the desk and bathroom is spacious and convenient and clean. The hot tub and pool are great. The breakfast is good and the option for a night cap is nice. I have stayed at this property before with a comfortable bed and pillows but unfortunately this time our bed and pillows were not so comfy.

I loved having a bar in the lobby and an outdoor seating area. Everything was clean and well maintained. Location is ideal with so many shops and restaurants within walking distance.

Arrived at 7pm and our room ( booked double queen bed)was not available or cleaned. There was one Front desk woman who was very stressed, answering calls and managing checkins, complaining rooms aren't clean, said we would have to wait an hour for a room. I asked for any room avail sooner as we were exhausted, and after 15 minutes she found a smaller room which had been cleaned for us. The room had been cleaned but not well, smelled horrible, of spray trying to cover up other odors. There was a bar but no service. No room service. Understaffed?

Our rooms were really expensive for Memorial Day weekend, but the hotel exceeded our expectations in every way so we were happy to pay the inflated rates. Good breakfast buffet!
