A resort-style hotel, close to the old town center, just a few minutes' walk away. The breakfast buffet was rich and delicious, though the swimming pool was too small, more like a children's paddling pool. However, the rooftop bar offers a panoramic view of the ancient city, and the night view is stunning.

The hotel's location is excellent, the front desk service is warm and friendly, and the facilities are very modern. The cleanliness is good, the price is quite affordable, and the surrounding area feels safe at night. Definitely recommended.

Good location, good service, comfortable beds, two very fluffy pillows. The room was very quiet, although it didn't have windows to the outside. There's a small rooftop pool, but it's enough to cool down after walking around the city, with a fridge and plenty of storage. The shower is a bit strange, and water tends to splash everywhere. They have parking for €25/day, and they'll bring your car out for you whenever you need it. I didn't like that on the last day we were given a towel with a noticeable hole. But overall, it was excellent. The views from the rooftop are magnificent.

We had an excellent stay at this hotel. Everything was perfect, the rooms were extremely clean and spacious. The only minor drawback was perhaps the pool, which is slightly small with few sun loungers, but it was sufficient for a few nights' stay.

I only stayed one night, so it was a bit rushed. I forgot to take pictures of the room, only the bathroom. However, the room was still very spacious and clean, with all the essentials, and the bathroom was also roomy. The shower water was very comfortable! The breakfast buffet was quite extensive. The front desk staff spoke English, making check-in smooth! The location is excellent, right in front of the British Palace, with many dining options nearby. Very good indeed! 👍

This hotel is quite nice, a typical business hotel that's suitable for a stopover. However, it's pretty far from the Alhambra. The 'palace view' room isn't worth it at all, you can barely see anything. The slippers were very comfortable, but I didn't get to use the rooftop pool because they said an event package was lost.
