The hotel's location is excellent, the front desk service is warm and friendly, and the facilities are very modern. The cleanliness is good, the price is quite affordable, and the surrounding area feels safe at night. Definitely recommended.

Good location, good service, comfortable beds, two very fluffy pillows. The room was very quiet, although it didn't have windows to the outside. There's a small rooftop pool, but it's enough to cool down after walking around the city, with a fridge and plenty of storage. The shower is a bit strange, and water tends to splash everywhere. They have parking for €25/day, and they'll bring your car out for you whenever you need it. I didn't like that on the last day we were given a towel with a noticeable hole. But overall, it was excellent. The views from the rooftop are magnificent.

The room was very comfortable with adjustable air conditioning. The breakfast selection was rich and delicious. The front desk staff were friendly and helpful, and they also offered luggage storage. Overall, a great stay!

Great location, with a beautiful terrace offering stunning views of the Alhambra. The room was clean, modern, and very comfortable.

I only stayed one night, so it was a bit rushed. I forgot to take pictures of the room, only the bathroom. However, the room was still very spacious and clean, with all the essentials, and the bathroom was also roomy. The shower water was very comfortable! The breakfast buffet was quite extensive. The front desk staff spoke English, making check-in smooth! The location is excellent, right in front of the British Palace, with many dining options nearby. Very good indeed! 👍

This hotel is quite nice, a typical business hotel that's suitable for a stopover. However, it's pretty far from the Alhambra. The 'palace view' room isn't worth it at all, you can barely see anything. The slippers were very comfortable, but I didn't get to use the rooftop pool because they said an event package was lost.

The room was comfortable and well-equipped, spacious and quiet, with an excellent location. We could walk to all the attractions. The hotel also offered a morning call service and helped us arrange a taxi, which was great since we had an early flight. A very nice hotel overall.

The hotel's location is right on the main road in the city center, very easy to find, and convenient for transport. The receptionist was super enthusiastic and recommended some really great restaurants! She made us feel right at home and that Granada is a truly wonderful place! 😃

This hotel is conveniently located directly across from the El Corte Inglés department store in Granada, with the airport bus stop right nearby, making airport transfers very easy. The hotel itself has been recently renovated, so all the facilities are new, brightly colored, and very clean. While the rooms aren't huge, they get excellent light. There's also a pool and a bar on the rooftop.
