The hotel facilities include a private beach with a children's water park and an on-land play center, which are very child-friendly for children under 14. You can stay and play at the hotel for several days without having to go out. We stayed in a family room with bunk beds, which added a lot of fun for families traveling with older children and alleviated concerns about young children sleeping alone. The hotel provides children's toiletries (see picture). We had a room at the very end of the left wing. It had two balconies, and the 180-degree sea view from one balcony was absolutely stunning. Please note that smoking is not allowed on the balcony, and violators will be fined. It's worth mentioning that perhaps because the hotel is a bit old, the shower water quality was very poor. Fortunately, I brought a filtered shower head; you can see from the picture what the filter looked like after two days of use. I suspect it's due to old pipes. Also, on the first day of check-in, the front desk informed me that the Ctrip price only included two people, even though I had confirmed that the bunk bed room type could accommodate four people. I had to pay an additional surcharge of over 5000🐷 for two nights at the front desk. After I confirmed that the fee included all breakfasts and services, the next day at breakfast, the staff again said that the room only included breakfast for two. This experience was very disappointing. For dining, the hotel has two buffet breakfast areas, one in each wing, on the Ba*****t floor, and you need to swipe your card to enter. They offer bread, salads, fruits, various egg dishes, congee, and hot dishes. Service will end after 10:30 AM, and food is usually cleared promptly at 11:00 AM. You can serve yourself ice cream. Directly across the road from the hotel entrance is a Tops supermarket where you can buy various snacks, milk, drinks, and beer, and it's open 24 hours. In the evening at 7:00 PM, there are food stalls in the alley across the road. I tried a highly recommended one for everyone; with about seven or eight dishes plus beer for 1800🐷, I think I can give an informed opinion. The fried chicken wings were delicious, and the stir-fried noodles were good, though not comparable to those in China. The curry squid was okay. Don't order shrimp or sweet and sour pork, as the shrimp were not fresh, and the pork ribs were very mediocre. Overall, just think of it as a night market street stall by a school, good for a quick fried rice or stir-fried noodles.

This is our second time staying here. Luckily, we managed to book a room on the right side facing the sea, right after the peak tourist season. The huge balcony absolutely thrilled my son; he was so happy he even forgot to come inside to sleep. In the morning, I woke up and couldn't find him, only to discover he had fallen asleep on the balcony sofa.

Having stayed in countless hotels worldwide, I rarely leave reviews, but this one truly blew my mind in the worst way possible. Apart from being close to the beach 🏝️, which is its only redeeming quality, everything else was utterly terrible. 1. Before booking, I specifically reserved a deluxe room on a high floor. Instead, they gave me a room on the 3rd floor, directly facing a messy staircase. The hallway on the 3rd floor was also incredibly dark and unpleasant. 2. When I went to wash my face, the sink was like something out of a public restroom, splashing water everywhere. 3. The hygiene was incredibly worrying. The bathtub was filthy beyond belief, completely disgusting. There were hygiene blind spots everywhere. 4. The sand on the beach was like razor blades; if you can walk barefoot for 10 seconds, consider yourself a winner. To top it all off, the location was also bad. I stayed one night and promptly left.

The room was quite spacious, though the specific room type I booked didn't come with a bathtub. They told me I got an upgrade at check-in, which I'm guessing referred to the floor, not the room type. The hotel beach is public, but the water facilities inside are private. If you walk left along the beach, you'll find stalls selling fresh squid – you should definitely try the squid sashimi! Regular water play is free, but renting water sports equipment costs money. We tried the kids' electric jet skis for 30 minutes, which cost 850 Thai Baht. Breakfast was good, and it was 245 Thai Baht for children. At check-out, they even thoughtfully exchanged all my coins for banknotes. And finally, the sunset was absolutely stunning!

Over 3,000 for one night – let me share my honest thoughts. This is a family-friendly hotel with a water park, great for those traveling with kids. However, it was incredibly crowded. We arrived a little after 1 PM and were told our room wasn't ready and wouldn't be until 3 PM. At 3 PM, we were then told that check-in *starts* at 3 PM, and our room still wasn't prepared. We had to keep waiting, wasting two hours without any reasonable explanation. The hotel was genuinely packed, and the service simply couldn't keep up. The room's cleanliness was also pretty subpar – dirt everywhere, from the bedsheets to the floor. Honestly, it's hard to put into words. Breakfast also involved long queues, and the food itself was just okay. Overall, the experience was really disappointing.

The room had been renovated, but there was no strange odor at all, and the sea view was beautiful. Breakfast was also very extensive, and the dining area was spacious, so there was no need to wait for a table. The water entertainment facilities were basically unbeatable, with a wide variety of options that the kids absolutely loved. Besides that, there were plenty of family activities, making it perfect for a vacation with children. It's worth mentioning that the hotel has a medical room, so when my child got a minor injury, it was handled promptly. The front desk manager was also very attentive; even after we checked out, he gave us his business card and said we could contact him with any issues, which we greatly appreciated! The only minor drawback was that the room cleaning was a bit sloppy – they mostly just made the bed and tidied the bathroom, but the floors and tabletops were hardly cleaned.
