Centara Grand Mirage Beach Resort Pattaya

Revisiting this hotel after almost 10 years, and while they've updated some facilities, the service quality has clearly declined. We had to queue for breakfast and ended up eating in a conference room. Then, at an à la carte restaurant, they told us they didn't provide water for our child, which was baffling.

Excellent hotel! We were a bit worried that there wouldn't be any quiet and peaceful areas, as it's mainly families with children who stay here, but everything turned out perfectly! Everyone can find a spot they like! The suite rooms are very good, as are the club lounges. The lounge on the 12th floor now offers decent drinks and cocktails with snacks from 5:30 PM to 9:00 PM. At breakfast, you can enjoy a glass of Australian brut. Juices, water, tea, coffee, fruits, and cookies are available throughout the day! The staff are very polite and friendly! The sea in mid-July was calm and very warm, with no waves. The water temperature near the shore reached up to 35°C.

Our family of four (2 adults, 2 children) stayed here. When booking, the room only accommodated two people, so we had to reserve two rooms. On arrival, we were assigned rooms on the 6th and 3rd floors, which were quite far apart, and we ended up only using one. I found this very disappointing, as normally you'd expect to get adjoining rooms. The breakfast buffet, however, was the best I've ever had at a hotel, with an incredible variety and delicious food. I especially liked that mangosteen, beef steak, and chocolate fondue were included.

Perfect for families! The water park was a blast, and it's right on the beach 🏝️. If we go to Pattaya again, we'd definitely stay here. Both adults and kids loved it! 😍

Perfect for kids! The room's bed was large and comfortable. Every room has a balcony with chairs, great for sunbathing. Breakfast was incredibly rich with a wide variety of delicious food. The place itself is very spacious.

Big hotel right by the sea with a great atmosphere. The rooms are spacious and clean, and the breakfast has a good variety.

The newly renovated rooms are great, and breakfast is decent. However, the beach right in front of the hotel has a lot of trash. I hope the hotel management takes it upon themselves to regularly clean it and improve the environment.

This was my second stay, and it was still quite good, though the pool can be a bit scratchy. Everything else was great.
