Disgusting rooms and extremely disrespectful service.
I booked through *******, and both rooms I was given were filthy—unswept floors, dried urine on the toilet, hair (including under the sheets), and trash under the bed. I was told there was no cleaner for two days and promised a refund that never happened.
When I followed up, staff refused to help and were incredibly rude, telling me to “go through the third party” while ignoring Expedia’s attempts to contact them. One employee said, “You won’t tell me how to do my job.”
To make things worse, staff openly mocked us in Spanish, assuming we wouldn’t understand. Shortly after, a man connected to the situation appeared to be holding what looked like weapons, making us feel unsafe enough to leave and call the police.
I still have no refund, no resolution, and video evidence of how we were treated. Absolutely unacceptable. Avoid this place.
