Great location for traveling around the area for good restaurants and shopping centre!

The hotel is beautiful with all the amenities. It is very centrally located and within walking distance of many restaurants, Starbucks, local food places, Terminal 21, BTS and MRT.
The rooms are amazing. It is big with huge picture window and noise cancellation so you don’t hear street and traffic noises and very minimal BTS sound. The bathroom is huge with all the amenities. Housekeeping is fabulous. Front Lobby and concierge are also amazing and very helpful.
All the staff are amazing. Very polite, courteous, helpful and friendly, all with a smile.
I would not hesitate to return to this hotel next year. I will be recommending the hotel to all my family and friends.

The room was clean and the night view was great. It's about 25km from Don Mueang Airport by taxi, so it's quite convenient for getting around. There was a friendly guy at the front desk who spoke Chinese and helped us book taxis for our outings.

The hotel staff were friendly, and the location was good. It takes within 10 mins walk to both the BTS and MRT, and you can transfer to the Airport Rail Link after just one MRT stop. And it is very near to Emsphere and Emquartier, so many food stores and shopping malls around.
The shower had good water pressure and plenty of hot water. The space is big enough for 2 big luggages.
They provide free glass bottle water for washing up, but the staff didn’t mention that the plastic bottle water inside the room is chargeable. The hotel’s water is much more expensive than at convenience stores, so they should remind guests when check in.

Trip.com was a super deal. When I booked the Carlton, there was no better discount than Trip.com. Without further ado, I booked it. And at the last minute before check-in, I requested decorations for our 20th wedding anniversary. At such a tight deadline, I didn't expected them to decorate our bed so beautifully when I entered the room.
