The Hotel is really nice, good location, great personnel, exceptional breakfast. The room size was great, we got room on 15th floor, we had great view over Bangkok. In total we had great experience and definitely will come back.

Repeat stay as this is my hotel of choice whenever I'm in the city on business. It's on Sukhumvit road which could be an issue due to the traffic but it puts you close to a lot of great restaurants and also it's not too far away from the highway which leads to the airport.

Due to a flight delay, I couldn't reach the hotel until after midnight. I had emailed them in advance, and they responded promptly, ensuring my room was reserved. The room itself was neat and clean, the hotel facilities were excellent, and the service was great. Plus, the hotel is just a few minutes' walk from Terminal 21 shopping mall, which is super convenient.

Excellent location and service. Very good experience. Housekeeping Nck did a very nice Valentines decoration in my room. Poor and breakfast were good. But Susan area was not good. Some equipment is broken doesn’t smell good.

It is located in the middle of asok Bts station and PP bts station, around 7-10 mins walk to the respective station, so it is convenient esp. if you have plan to go to the Emsphere and Terminal 21, there are a lot of massage choices nearby, especially there is one let’s relax inside the hotel already, breakfast is nice just it would be perfect if it came with even more varieties.
