The hotel's location is great for reaching Gardens by the Bay, Sentosa, and other attractions, and Chinatown is within walking distance. However, the hotel facilities are a bit old, but overall it's still decent.

I really like the location of this hotel. There's a convenience store right across the street, and affordable local eateries nearby. Plus, both bus stops and subway stations are conveniently located close by. Although my English isn't great, the staff includes members who speak Chinese, and they are incredibly kind, helpful, and intelligent when assisting guests. I highly recommend this hotel.

The location is super convenient with good transportation links. It's really close to the subway station, and there are two food courts nearby, which makes finding meals easy. Just a short walk away, you can find beautiful Nanyang-style architecture. Plus, there's a supermarket close by, making it handy for groceries and other essentials.

Clean and beautiful, civilized and developed, with people from all over the world, like a mini-United Nations. The street views are super clean and beautiful, I love them. The food is diverse, and transportation is incredibly convenient. It's very friendly for Chinese tourists.

I was very satisfied with the room; it was clean and hygienic. The hotel is very close to the metro station, just a few minutes' walk away. There are plenty of dining options nearby, and a FairPrice supermarket right across the street, which makes shopping super convenient.

I have a video of termites breeding – I woke up and the bed was covered in them! First, I found four winged ones under the pillow, then saw bugs 🐛 crawling on the sheets and pillowcases. It was like a midnight horror movie. How can a 1200-dollar five-star hotel have such sloppy service? Didn't they know this room had termites when they cleaned it? They put guests in a room with a termite nest! Is this how hotels in Singapore are? Their compensation was just a free breakfast, which we didn't even eat – absolutely no sincerity! Two young girls, in our pajamas, dragging our suitcases to change rooms in the middle of the night, and the staff just watched, didn't even help us with our luggage as we struggled upstairs 🥹🥹🥹 At that moment, I felt hopeless and, because it was so late and I was so tired, I couldn't properly negotiate.
