La Reserve Paris Hotel and Spa

Service was mediocre, the young male waiters weren’t friendly at all and ignored me but the female waitress was very nice. The star goes out to her. The male servers were walking around but not actually being helpful. They allow guests to smoke in the terrace which I found very disturbing as a non-smoking guest trying to eat lunch. The seat cushions were uncomfortable and moved a lot. There were sounds of constructions from nearby. The music should’ve been more mellow. My bread crumbs were not cleared but the other tables were. The food was very mediocre. Was not the best lunch experience and I’d rather go elsewhere as this was pretty expensive.

The warmth, hospitality, and attention to detail Every visit reminds us why we love coming back, and we already look forward to returning again in the near future.

We enjoyed a 3 night stay in this exquisite boutique hotel while enjoying warm hospitality. The 3 star Micheline restaurant was incredible (Gabriele). The owners of this hotel are food and wine centric. The owners have an estate in Bordeaux. Their attention to detail is unmatched.

I booked this hotel for my honeymoon and I pre-paid for the room. Unfortunately we had to postpone the trip and cancel the reservation when my wife lost her job. While I understood that I wouldn't be eligible for a refund because I had booked an Advanced Purchase rate, I hoped and assumed I would be offered hotel credit for a future stay once we re-booked our honeymoon trip. Unfortunately, the hotel representatives were unflinchingly rigid and refused to offer any credit. Instead, I had to forfeit the entire amount. You would think (and hope) that a hotel at this price point, along with a great reputation for valuing customer service, that they would have made an exception and offered hotel credit. Instead, I will choose a different hotel when we re-book our trip.

We stayed in the Eiffel Suite and it was amazing. So much space, a well equipped room with wet bar, coffee etc. The whole stay was perfection. The butler staff took extra care of us, the spa was amazing and the restaurants were delicious. We cannot wait to return. Thank you La Reserve for making our Paris dreams come true.

We’ve visited Paris dozens of times and La Reserve is our new favorite. Small, luxurious but not stuffy, with a wonderful spa, several delicious dining options, and an extremely friendly and helpful staff, the hotel has a quiet entrance across from a park yet minutes from the Champs Élysée.

Excellent if all aspects of accommodations and service. Location is fantastic! The place to stay when in Paris

Lovely small spot tucked away in a beautiful and easily walkable location. Luxurious details, and attentiveness made this a memorable stay. I especially loved the welcome details and care they put into our stay- little treats daily and welcoming staff. A great couples retreat amid the romance of Paris!
