Liberty Central Nha Trang Hotel

The hotel staff are very pleasant, always smiling and greeting guests. We were even offered juice before filling out our check-in forms. Housekeeping is done every time you leave the 'blue signal' for cleaning. After cleaning, they always leave two bottles of water, tea, and coffee. The room provides toothbrushes, toothpaste, a kettle, and more. There's a pretty large TV with YouTube access. The shower was clean and always had hot water. The air conditioning cooled the room down well and quickly. The elevator, lobby, and all common areas are air-conditioned (we're in Da Nang now, and not all elevators here have AC, believe me, it's important!). The staff at the reception and in the dining area are very kind. The food is more geared towards South Korean guests (pork with noodles, dumplings, etc.), but you definitely won't go hungry. Breakfast always included fruits, meat, eggs (and scrambled eggs), sweets, vegetables, salads, croissants, and more. Nothing ever looked stale; staff constantly checked and refilled dishes/drinks. There's parking for motorbikes and a luggage storage room. We really liked the pool. It has two depths: one for children and one for adults. There are a few chairs by the pool, and you can even get a foot massage there. The spa center offers manicures and full-body massages. The hotel also has a gym. The hotel has a terrace at the entrance where you can sit in the evening and enjoy a smoothie. There's also a designated area near the hotel for washing your feet after a swim at the beach. You can watch YouTube and other content on the TV. As for the downsides: there was a sewage smell coming from the toilet. The lobby also sometimes had a smell, but these are minor issues, nothing terrible; you could always buy an air freshener. The window in our room couldn't be opened. Overall, we really enjoyed the hotel; the location is excellent, close to both the sea and the city center. I recommend it! P.s. Yes, people sing karaoke, but it didn't bother us at all on the 11th floor.

The hotel has a great location, everything is nearby, and it's a 5-minute walk to the sea. Our room was on the twentieth floor, a two-room suite with panoramic windows, offering a very beautiful view of the city and a partial sea view. Breakfasts were good: meat, fruits, vegetables, eggs, though a bit lacking in desserts. Dishes were always replenished, and there were no queues. On the 21st floor, there's a bar with live music, and the singers are excellent. The pool isn't large, but the sun loungers are comfortable, and it gets sun all day, perfect for tanning. I would definitely return to this hotel again.

Great location, very close to the beach and plenty of food options nearby. The room was clean, tidy, and bright, making for a relaxing and pleasant vacation. The breakfast was also quite good.

Good city hotel. The only downside is that the windows in the rooms don't open.

No balcony, the beds couldn't be moved, and the bathroom door didn't close properly. The view we got wasn't great.
