What a gem of a hotel. The waterfall views from the terraces are unbelievable, and having amazing food and tea right onsite made our stay so relaxed. It was definitely a much better experience (and far more reasonably priced) than crossing over to the other side where the restaurants just try to upsell you on everything. The team were so helpful, taking care of our train station transfers and luggage without any hassle. Friendly staff, great atmosphere, and unmatched views, couldn't ask for more.

Great service, it is my first sentence since we felt really welcome, but also the room is beautiful, great view and the common area is just perfect, we could have the perfect place to see sunset We was able to see these nice views from there

The view is very nice, location is suitable, just it is not convenient if you have a big suitcase, but also they help you to carry; the administration or workers at the property are a bit ware, I felt they try to ask for extra payment or charge more in the ticket when it has nothing to be with them. Not good feeling to be honest. Other things are ok.

excellent location, all the beauty is visible right from the hotel, it's worth the money, the very friendly staff helped with any issues, especially with luggage delivery, the rooms are not much outdated, linen and towels should be changed, I would like more choice for breakfast, and everything is great, the views and location cover all the disadvantages

After a long search for accommodation in Furong Ancient Town, I finally settled on Tusi Xuanfu, and my overall experience was great! The only downside was a sudden town-wide water outage one evening, which was a bit inconvenient. However, the hotel staff were incredibly thoughtful, arranging airport transfers for me in advance. The town itself isn't very big, so getting around on foot and exploring the ancient streets was very convenient. My room had a beautiful river view, and the most delightful surprise was sitting in the courtyard at night, quietly admiring the waterfall – the scenery was simply breathtaking. It was a truly therapeutic stay, and I highly recommend it to anyone visiting Furong Ancient Town!

From the moment I arrived right through to my departure, the service was perfect and very friendly! A private taxi was arranged for me in advance, which picked me up directly from the station and took me to the hotel. The hotel also organised my ticket for Furong Town for me. On arrival at the hotel, I was also offered a free room upgrade. I can highly recommend this hotel to all visitors!

Here’s what you’ll see from the hotel restaurants. We had a wonderful stay, and the staff were so helpful—they even brought our luggage to our room (since there aren’t any lifts, just stairs). The room was clean, and everything was just great.
