From the moment I arrived right through to my departure, the service was perfect and very friendly! A private taxi was arranged for me in advance, which picked me up directly from the station and took me to the hotel. The hotel also organised my ticket for Furong Town for me. On arrival at the hotel, I was also offered a free room upgrade. I can highly recommend this hotel to all visitors!

Here’s what you’ll see from the hotel restaurants. We had a wonderful stay, and the staff were so helpful—they even brought our luggage to our room (since there aren’t any lifts, just stairs). The room was clean, and everything was just great.

Beautiful hotel. All in carved traditional wood. View on cascade / Furong may be the best in the town. Quite exceptional!

Amazing location with terrace view on waterfall! Very nice designed rooms. The only problem is the breakfast- very basic, with limited options (even cofffee is instant ) - for this price I would definitely expect higher quality

The hotel's location is unbeatable, with the restaurant practically facing the waterfall. You can see it, and the sound isn't too loud. The mattress is quite comfortable, and they offer pick-up/drop-off service to the station, which is a nice touch. However, the hygiene needs improvement; I found two clumps of hair in both the room and the bathroom, which is unacceptable.

The Tusi Xuanfu Hotel in Furong Town is right on the main street, making it super convenient for getting around. Our room had a great view, with one side facing the street and the other looking directly onto the core scenic area. During the day, we could open the window to blue skies and white clouds, with a full panoramic view of the Furong Town river. At night, our balcony faced the famous large waterfall, and we could enjoy the full waterfall view while having breakfast or just relaxing. It really set the mood! The room's amenities were top-notch; the air conditioning, hot water, and bathroom facilities were all comfortable to use. It was incredibly pleasant sitting on the balcony enjoying the view, and the staff were warm and attentive. Overall, the experience was excellent, and I'll definitely choose this place again next time I'm in Furong Town!

The location is absolutely breathtaking, with stunning waterfall views from the terrace, and the staff were incredibly friendly and helpful. However, being so close to nature means insects easily get into the room whenever the door is opened, so we had to inspect the bed before lying down. The furniture is old, and the linens and towels need replacing. Despite this, the amazing views and location made the stay worthwhile.
