The Newport Harbor Hotel & Marina

Very good location. Amazing view and very comfortable stay.

The hotel location was great although may be better for singles than families since the night life was great! The cleanliness left a lot to be desired. The indoor pool looked older and not kept up with an unsteady ladder. The bathrooms looked as if they don't get a good cleaning ever, and there was hair on the bedsheets when we arrived. I honestly expected more from this price range of a hotel.

The room was clean and comfortable but needs to be updated. I only had one meal in the restaurant and it was ok. All that being said, the hotel is in an excellent location and I would definitely stay there again

The staff was friendly and the location was amazing. Unfortunately the room could use some attention, and better cleanliness. Peeling paint, dated furniture and ants

The walls between rooms are extremely thin. I could hear conversations next door and couldn’t sleep.

The accommodations were quite acceptable but it was the receptionist Chantelle who made our stay extraordinary. She greeted us upon our arrival and on her own upgraded our room to an ocean view. Whenever we needed something or was just passing she was extremely pleasant and helpful. Would definitely return again. When she realized it was our anniversary, she rushed to get us some chocolate candy as a gift.
