The Avery Hotel

We enjoyed staying in this lovely historic hotel right in the heart of downtown Boise. It was convenient for our night at the Morrison Center and lots of dining options!

Excellent boutique hotel! The rooms are small but beautifully done. Great bed! Great pillows! Great shower! Great towels! And they still have assorted soaps, shampoo and best of all lotion. Why have all the hotels stopped giving out lotion?! And finally, the restaurant is AMAZING! I LOVE THE AVERY!

I love how clean the rooms are, the plush bedding, and towels. The staff is always so friendly and helpful. Really nice folks. The food is fantastic! Tiners Alley is a great spot. Love it! I am a returning customer and I plan to continue staying at this little gem.

This hotel oozes old world charm but has all the comfort of a modern property. The staff is super friendly and very courteous. And the food at its bistro is delicious. All and all a lovely property to consider when staying in downtown Boise.

For the price I’d rather stayed at best western with much more amenities and a breakfast. It was a good location. That was about the only thing making it worth staying. Bed and pillows were terrible. View out the window was of a brick wall four feet away. We had dinner at the restaurant too and the staff were 50/50 of being helpful versus an attitude of being put out. Overall, I wouldn’t do it again….

What a cute place!!! Will stay again our next trip to Boise. Parking is hard! Only downfall but great comfy beds, loved the robes and cute decor.

It’s a vintage hotel that’s been updated so there are lots of nice character touches. Adorable tile work in the bathroom. Bed was super comfy with soft new towels and the water pressure was AMAZING!. All the typical perks in the room with a few treats to snack on if you need them. Nice decor and furnishings. I appreciated the iron and board because that feels like a standard that’s going away. I used the valet and they were super fast with flexible drop off and pick up. Super nice staff and friendly with everyone I interacted with. My room didn’t have a view (into a light well) but I’m fine with that because I was out in the city all day. I’ll be back for sure!

We enjoyed ourstay. The staff is very friendly and helpful. The room was beautifully renovated while keeping with the building’s historic vibe. The location is close to everything downtown with tons of excellent food and beverages. We will be back.

Perfect location in downtown within walking distance of any restaurant you could imagine. the staff is great, very helpful and friendly. It's a beautiful hotel with two restaurants located within. When in Boise, we always stay here.
