The main complaint is the discrepancy between price and quality. The hotel's huge plus is its location. Its own beach in the rocks. Clean sea, beautiful views. That's where the pluses basically end ) the rooms are small, with very poor repairs, bad plumbing, strange layout. For example, I was very surprised by the toilet in the shower area. The exhaust hood in the bathrooms either does not work or works very poorly. There are no hooks in the bathroom. There is nowhere to put suitcases. The cleaning is poor. The breakfasts are not very varied. That is, if you don't mind that there is no buffet, then in principle it's okay. There are eggs in different variations, toast, cheese, stale donuts )) a couple of guys at the reception are quite responsive. In general, the staff tries, there is just a feeling that the owner of the hotel is a wildly greedy guy. Prices for everything are inflated by 3-4 times. The standard room rate here is $100 per day, but not $250-300. The food in the hotel is very mediocre. Therefore, if you want to eat really well, it is better to look for places nearby. By the way, you have to be careful when going down to the sea, because it is very easy to cut your feet on the old stairs. Which is what we actually did. And the cuts are deep. In short, the only reason why you don't feel sorry for the money is the sea. Everything else here leaves much to be desired.

The hotel is excellent. We had a spacious, modern room with a gorgeous view. The room has everything you need, it is clean and comfortable. Everything corresponds to the room selected on the website. I would like to note that the hotel is 18+, i.e. without children, good soundproofing, quiet, you can really relax. A good breakfast to choose from a special menu, everything is delicious, you can choose several dishes. The restaurant has a wonderful view of the sea, the hotel guests clearly enjoyed the breakfast and the view - a welcoming atmosphere. Special thanks to the hotel staff, they know their business, are friendly, they solved all the issues, checked us in quickly, all the documents were prepared for our arrival. The administrator speaks good Russian. The hotel has its own "beach", a place with sun loungers and descent into the sea, in the summer season it should be great to relax here. The hotel is located near the old town, next to the city park, everything is within walking distance (sights, restaurants, shops). We were 100% satisfied.
