Knotty Pine Motel

Stayed in the apartment. After checking in we were immediately approached by a guy on a bike who gave us a long story about why he needed money, he came right up to the drivers side and got super close looking for money, we were a little nervous about the area and made sure to lock the windows in the apartment. The window in the bedroom was practically falling out of the frame. The windows in the tv room were covered in thick dust. There were stains on the wall dripping down from the coffee pot.

For our family, it was an in and out, arrived really late and left really early the next morning. Price for 3 beds was great and they were comfortable beds.

Cozy and Comfortable Room and Friendly Service. I am definitely reserving a room here again sometime soon! Awesome family owned business! Highly Recommend to anyone looking for a place to stay while traveling!

Such a nice little motel! Staff was incredibly accommodating with my many requests. My dog slept very well on his first overnight stay! Looking forward to coming back when the pool is open ;)

+comfy clean beds, nice towels with a fresh scent, friendly check-in person -thin walls, breakfast was a lunch bag at check-in with NV granola bars, small apple sauce and small juice box, front desk only open a few hours in the afternoon, chair had a big spot or stain on it

Issues with the heat. We had to rely on a space heater because the room’s baseboard barely worked. Management did not seem too concerned about our situation. I like to support local business, but I believe a big chain would have worked harder to solve our problem. -

The room was clean and comfortable. It was located close to all the things I needed.

This stay was very nice and pleasant. It has a rustic charm to it and some things to improve .The small table in the middle of the room was broken and so was one of the legs of the couch. The de humidifier was very loud and made it hard to sleep. However, the beds were clean and neat, the staff were very nice and gave us free apple juice and granola bars. Also watching Harry Potter was very fun. Also, it’s right next to a McDonald and a Starbucks. Overall, a decent place to stay. Don’t recommend if you’re skiing at Stratton, as it is very far.

I think other reviews of this property were overly generous. Breakfast was just a snack and shouldn't be listed. I had to ask for a hair dryer, shower was very small, it was hard to get body wash and shampoo out of the dispenser, there were no coffee cups, the thermostat didn't register properly and the TV was so small and far away I couldn't see a football game properly. The room was clean.
