Hilton Vacation Club Oceanaire Virginia Beach

The hotel is fine and the room is exactly what was described, the staff are very polite and helpful. It has pools and jacuzzi. However, in the advert they offer a free breakfast which also indicated in the booking confirmation but upon arrival I was informed that breakfast is not included :( . Apparently, the issue is with the app and not wiht the hotel.

Experience would have been better if new they didn’t have cuts for sleeping

Hotel could use more amenities other than a pool. “Play room” could be much better. It is very small and hardly any activities for kids to do in that room.

This hotel was in a great location, perfect access to the beach & boardwalk. However, the wait to get our rooms was incredibly long & anything else we requested during our stay. After driving 7 hours with kids, you don’t want to have to wait 2 hours after check in for your room to be ready! Asking for our room to be cleaned never happened so we asked for towels. There was a change in housekeeping staff during our stay however. It was a holiday weekend during spring break which made no sense.

There are 3 pools total at this haven. 2 inside 1 heated outside. My family and I love this place. Cant wait to go back.

Check in was TERRIBLE!! It took 2 hours for them to get our rooms (3) ready. The blamed it on being 100% capacity, but they knew that in advance and should have been prepared! At 9am the next morning, housekeeping walked in on one of our rooms before anyone could answer the door and they were naked!!

The poolside seating was comfy. It was a bit busy, and difficult to find seating. We had a partial view on the side of the building; however, we could not use it because it was so windy.

This stay was subpar, we had to request new towels and touch up services and still were only done half the time. Elevator was broken so traveling up and down with one elevator took forever. Coffee machine broke twice, no complimentary breakfast or snacks each morning. Will definitely be exploring other options next time we travel:

I believe it was Penny That attended me when I checked in upon arrival there was an issue with my booking through third-party. Penny the Manager wasn't aware of the third-party. (*******) I booked two queen size bed. I got two double beds I requested a manager and you never helped.following day I was moved to a room with one queen size bed. At about 11 in the morning, we check into the second room to find out the bathroom was overflowing and not working conditions . in any cade my stay with you guys was unpleasant. Front desk staff should be more accommodating and pleasant. My family and I drove in from New York. We've been vacationing at Virginia Beach for a few years years now and have never been treated so poorly.i feel you guys dropped the ball. I would no longer stay or would recommend your facilities to anyone. By the way, Kaitlyn was very helpful. She was very helpful .
