Citadines Bayfront Nha Trang

This isn't a bad hotel, right on the first line. They have their own sun loungers, but only 24 of them for the entire hotel. If you want to relax by the sea, it's best to come in the morning. The pool is excellent and quite large. Breakfasts aren't very varied, but there's always something to choose from. The staff is excellent and always helpful. We had issues with the lock; they immediately changed the batteries upon request, and then the lock itself. There's a decent gym with all the necessary equipment. The rooms themselves are nice but a bit tired. Oiling the door hinges and tightening the handles would already make a better impression. If you book a room with a sea view, you'll hear everyone partying in the evening. Overall, it's a 4-star hotel, not the 5 they claim.

We absolutely loved it! It was our first time in Nha Trang, and we only stayed at this hotel. The room was clean, with daily housekeeping and fresh, spotless linens every day. The beds were comfortable, neither too soft nor too firm. The location is excellent, surrounded by all sorts of cafes, restaurants, and shops. We were on the 9th floor (sea view), and if the balcony door was open, you could hear street noise, but you get used to it after a couple of days. The balcony was like a separate room, with a clothes drying rack. The view from the balcony was amazing. The breakfast was very diverse, with fruits, sour cream, soup, salads, several types of noodles, meat, eggs, rice, croissants, various coffees, and so on. We were always full and it lasted until dinner. The bathroom was very convenient, with shampoo, shower gel, and soap always provided. There were also flip-flops for the beach. Trash was removed daily. The Vietnamese staff were all very friendly; we communicated using a translator. The beach is just across the road, a 2-minute walk. There weren't many sun loungers, but they provided towels, and we managed to settle under the palm trees. The sea was clear, and people were already on the beach at 5 AM. The pool had sunny and shady areas, with a bar, and there were exercise machines (we just peeked in).

Absolutely loved the room at Citadines! It felt just like coming home. The room was clean and well-equipped, the bed was super soft, and waking up to the sunrise view was incredibly refreshing. The sofa was also comfy and spacious, perfect for reading and working. The staff were thoughtful and attentive, always understanding what guests needed. The beach staff were also very enthusiastic and careful. I'll definitely choose Citadines again next time I visit.

This was our second stay here, the first being two years ago. We still love the hotel for its location and comfortable rooms, but there have been some changes. Now, for breakfast, there's no proper coffee like cappuccino, latte, or espresso – only Vietnamese coffee and filter coffee. Also, the foot-washing tap after the beach is now closed, so you have to rinse your feet in a 'trough.' For those who care, you can no longer smoke on the balconies (which was allowed two years ago). Otherwise, it's still great.

I enjoyed my stay at the hotel. It has a good location, close to the beach and all necessary services like cafes, excursions, and money exchange. Beach towels are provided at the beach. There aren't many sun loungers available from the hotel; I couldn't use one during my 9-day stay. There are paid loungers nearby starting from 150,000 per lounger. Breakfasts weren't overly varied, but you could always find something to eat. The staff was friendly, and the room was cleaned daily.

Excellent hotel. Good breakfasts. Stunning sea view. Daily housekeeping. There's a €100 refundable deposit upon check-in. I will definitely come back to this hotel. Highly recommended.
