Citadines Bayfront Nha Trang

I really liked the hotel. It's not a super tall building, so there are no crowds in the elevators, which, by the way, work great and arrive quickly. Our room was cleaned daily; everything was tidy and neat. The rooms themselves are nice, and the windows are clean. We skipped breakfast because we slept in, but you can pay about 280,000 VND per person at the restaurant if you want. The gym area is fantastic, with lots of well-maintained equipment. The pool area is beautiful with palm trees. The staff are sweethearts; they're always ready to help and offer advice. The only downside is that there are only 11 hotel umbrellas on the beach, and they're always taken. I recommend it for an active city break.

We loved the hotel! The food was varied, and it was a really nice touch that we were greeted with a complimentary welcome gift for our honeymoon. The sea view from the 11th floor was spectacular. We didn't always get sunbeds on the beach, but that didn't bother us at all. Relaxing by the pool was pure bliss! We really enjoyed everything.

I was checked into the 10th floor, and the view is absolutely stunning! The hotel isn't new, but it's quite decent if you're not overly picky. Everything works, there's an iron and ironing board, and the bedding is good, clean, smells fresh, and pleasant to sleep in. Of course, you can hear traffic and karaoke from somewhere outside, but they stopped singing at 11 PM. The breakfast is standard, with a lot of Vietnamese food, but there are options to choose from. Housekeeping is done well; the floors are mopped daily. Once, the air conditioning wasn't working, I called the reception, and they came within 5 minutes and fixed everything. Overall, I like the hotel.

The location is fantastic! Being right in the city center made it super convenient to get everywhere. I barely saw any Koreans, so it seems like it's not very well-known yet. Overall, it was a decent stay. Don't expect much from the fitness club, but everything else was great. The breakfast was pretty tasty too.

Great location and good value for money breakfast. However, the curtains don't block out sunlight, so an eye mask is a must. Also, there's no soundproofing at all, so I had to sleep with earplugs in. It seems I visited during the Miss World event, which might have been why. The view and value for money are top-notch.

The scenery is fantastic, and the sea-view room directly faces the ocean, which is incredibly relaxing. The environment is also great; I was very satisfied and comfortable staying there. The room itself is very spacious, and you're right on the beach as soon as you step out of the hotel.

The bellboys were very kind, helping with luggage in and out of taxis. The front desk staff was also friendly. The washing machine and dryer were a huge plus, highly recommended. The room and living area were separate, and extra requests were handled well. I would recommend this place to others.

The ocean view is great, but because it's right in front of the beach, there's noise from events. You might want to reconsider staying on a weekend. The king bed was big enough for me, my partner, and our child to sleep comfortably.

Citadines Bayfront Nha Trang has an excellent location, making it easy to visit nearby attractions and restaurants. The rooms were generally clean and offered great ocean views. However, the facilities felt a bit dated, and the service was more ordinary than expected. Nevertheless, considering its location and value for money, it's a decent option for a trip to Nha Trang.
