Wyndham Southbury

Very nice staff and hotel room wise. Unfortunately amenities and location aren’t so great but other than that a great hotel.

Rooms were ok, place seems outdated needs a good update. The room was not very updated, was clean so I'll give them that. Breakfast was not included, so have to pay additional for that. It was ok, typical hotel breakfast, so overpriced in my opinion since they could've just added it to the room pricing and had just included breakfast in general. Staff was friendly, and helpful though. Went mostly for the interest in the pool. Kids had fun it is small, but it was a good time because not too many people.

The pool was so gross. The kids did not want to swim. It was like walking into a swamp. The windows were dripping wet, and there were puddles all over the floor. There were candy. Wrappers stuck to the walls of the room and a strange broccoli vinegar smell too expensive for that I chose this hotel because of the pool and wasn’t even able to use it.

Meal was not as good as last time.. The salmon was good but the Chicken Parm was just OK.. wouldn't order it again. Hotel is tired / old and really needs a refurbish
