I stay alone in room 3324 for travel and sightseeing at Melia Vinpearl Danang Riverfront for about 11 days from 26.2.12 to 2.22, then move to another country.
(For your information, I am a Korean man in my 50s.)
After staying for more than 10 days, there are many things I felt, so I would like to tell you some things I felt from my perspective for the development of your hotel.
The reception I felt at the check-in, the bright smile of the male staff and the way they did their best to be kind to me, means that your first impression of the hotel was very good
This short-haired, early 40s-looking employee showed me his best kindness whenever I asked him this or that. Thank you
Also, a male employee with a nice tooth feature when his hair is slightly long was someone who needed to be promoted to the upper level of the hotel even if your hotel gave him an award
when I was having a hard time because of the noise every evening at the small venue in front of the hotel,
He was a warm person who calmly apologized to me and kindly turned me to 3324 and even moved all my luggage
I know there's an employee named ♤♤♤ wearing square horn-rimmed glasses in this hotel!
She was a friendly interlocutor when I went to the restaurant for dinner, apologized for the lack of menu recommendations, and served me some fruits. When I had breakfast at another restaurant the other day, she kindly recognized me, greeted me first, and served me lemon juice.
This employee was like an angel
She is an employee who held up her brightness and made the best kindness by making eye contact with guests with angelic eyes with a kind smile.
If I were with this kind of employee, my company would have grown enough to hire Elon Musk as an employee in the moon.
There's a Korean female employee at the hotel. She always greets guests with a smile, and I can sense her genuine care for them. I believe these people are what make hotels possible.

I swam in the outdoor swimming pool every morning from 08:30 to 09:30
I always do butterfly backstroke equilibrium freestyle swimming, not just swimming roughly, The pool administrators were great, but the outdoor pool needs to be cleaned every nook and cranny and checked. The four corner floors are full of dirty sediment
There are some female employees who come into the men's sauna in the massage room. There may have been reasons(guide something to man), but There are few male employees go into the women's sauna for a reason without being prepared to die.
I think gender equality should be applied in hotels as well.
I chose the Melia Beanpearl Da Nang Riverfront Hotel and am satisfied with my stay for more than 10 days. There was a holiday during the period, but this was also the beauty of traveling.
