Stayed for three nights, and the overall experience was far from good. Honestly, I rarely leave negative reviews for hotels, but given the price and positioning of this hotel, the service was truly disappointing. I even felt that it was worse than some smaller, less expensive hotels. The front desk staff's attitude was not friendly at all. The biggest letdown was breakfast. It clearly stated that it was served until 10:30 am, but by 9:15 am, they had already started clearing the food. My friend called to rush us downstairs, and when we got there at just 9:30 am, most of the food was already gone. My friend ended up only being able to eat a bowl of noodles. I later found out that the hotel actually has three breakfast locations. If they were going to clear up early at this particular location, the staff should have proactively informed guests that they could continue eating at other restaurants, instead of letting us make a wasted trip. I hope the hotel can improve its service and communication to match the quality expected at this price point.

The room view was absolutely stunning, with great high-floor views. Breakfast was decent, especially the pho, which was quite good. The location is excellent too, right in the city center, making it super convenient for dining and massages. A taxi to Ba Na Hills was only around 100 RMB.

The facilities were clean and the location was great, making it easy to call a Grab. It was an excellent place to make wonderful memories with my family. The fantastic views will also create lasting memories.

Great hotel! We booked a suite with a river view to watch the fireworks, and the view was excellent, the fireworks were magnificent, the room was clean, and the breakfast was delicious. I recommend this hotel.

I can't think of a single bad word when I recall my time at this hotel. Everything was top-notch, from the reception area to the gym, the pool, and even the laundry service. It's a really great hotel; everything is clean, the housekeeping is excellent, the staff are friendly and very pleasant, and the breakfast is varied. The gym is well-equipped with all the necessary gear. There's a small shopping center nearby with a grocery store and a Starbucks, as well as many eateries on the 4th floor. You'll need to take a taxi to the beach, but the pool is so clean and enjoyable that you won't even want to go anywhere else. The hotel also offers spa services. I highly recommend it! Thank you for your hospitality. We checked in at 9:00 AM using the 50% off early check-in service, bought breakfast, and even made it in time for it, as it was served until 10:30 AM.

Great location for watching fireworks. They have a kids' pool and kids' clubs, plus a restaurant with a fireworks view.
