Beautiful hotel, great location. Room was lovely, only downfall was no iron in the room. Breakfast was nice enough. Very central to all shops/restaurants etc. Five minute walk to the beach which is beautiful but has monkeys at the very end of the beach. Would stay here again

Clean and busy hotel. Good location close to bars and restaurants. 10 min to the beach. The staff was little mixed, sometimes nice and out reaching and sometimes little robotic.

I absolutely love this hotel! Good food. Breakfast is always great and did not chase us out when we stayed for chats. Location is best! Nearby spa, less busy area and have front yard space for loadings and parking (which is something most ao nang hotels are lacking). Ao Nang third times, this hotel is still my charming pick .

The environment is great, and the location is pretty good too. It's right on Ao Nang's main street in Krabi. There's a 7-Eleven just 10 meters to the left when you step out, and plenty of restaurants and bars nearby. The hotel itself is also very nice.

This hotel really pushed me to my limits. The room was absolutely filthy. The headboard was covered in stains, and there were dried noodles stuck in it. The area around the sofa was incredibly dirty. The bathroom was just speechless; when I first walked in, the towel rack was dusty, and the shower was disgusting, covered in soap scum. I woke up in the morning shocked to find ants all over the desk, and the floor was covered in hair, as if the room hadn't been cleaned in ages. It was incredibly frustrating. The only redeeming qualities were the good service from the breakfast staff and a decent swimming pool, but these completely lose their appeal when compared to the dirty room. Also, it's worth noting that this hotel doesn't release rooms until 3 PM. Even if you ask the front desk at 2:30 PM, they'll just tell you 'not ready' without even checking.

Arrived around 6pm and checked in was smooth. Not much people at the lobby. Staff were professional and work fast. Room cleanliness was acceptable. Aircond and wifi works well. Overall it was a good stay.
