I stayed at this hotel for three days, and overall, it was great. The room layout and cleanliness were excellent, and it had all the necessary facilities. The hotel has two buildings; Building 2 is the main one where all the public facilities are located. The breakfast food was quite good, and some items could be ordered free from a menu. The executive lounge's breakfast area was also decent, though a bit small. Luckily, it wasn't crowded, which is to be expected for an executive floor. I highly recommend booking an executive floor room here; they really take their executive lounge to the next level. They offer various complimentary lounge activities from morning till night, which is absolutely fantastic! 👍🏻
One thing I have to complain about, though, is a particular female server in the executive lounge's breakfast area. She's a bit on the heavier side, and her service attitude wasn't great. I ate there every day for three days, and she never proactively came to take my order. She would prioritize serving Caucasians, and I had to repeatedly call her or even walk up to her to get her attention for ordering. You could really feel the clear differential treatment. All the other staff in the restaurant were very good, especially a young female server and a very gentlemanly male server, whose attitudes and service were excellent. The chef's food was also superb.
