Service: The staff provided excellent service, very friendly. We could ask for extra water. From the welcome to the restaurant service, all staff members were ready to help and could communicate well in English. Room: The room was spacious, 38-42 sq.m. The bed was soft and comfortable, fitting three people. The bed linens were clean and soft, making for a comfortable sleep. The bathtub had hot and cold water, perfect for a relaxing soak. Free toothbrushes and shower caps were provided, along with complimentary drinking water. The air conditioning was very cool and satisfying. There was also an iron available for use. Swimming Pool: The pool was large and nice. Breakfast: There was a wide variety of breakfast options, including Asian, Western, and Middle Eastern cuisine, all delicious. There was a free shuttle service and complimentary chocolate.

The hotel's location is great. Although it's a bit far from public transportation, taxis are readily available. The hotel shuttle bus to the subway station is also very convenient. Most of the guests seem to be from South Asia, and the staff primarily speak English, with a few knowing some Chinese... The afternoon tea was quite interesting.

The room was huge, perfect for a family of four. It's surrounded by a lively bar street, with convenience stores, restaurants, and snack stalls everywhere. It's also very close to the city center, and the breakfast was delicious. Plus, I even got to watch the World Cup final here!

The staff were very welcoming and helpful. While the location isn't the best, the hotel is clean and pleasant. The breakfast offered a great variety and was delicious.

Great for families, with a good location and a rich breakfast spread. The food ordered here was delicious too! They also offer a shuttle service, though I didn't get to use it 😌. Everything was perfect, aside from a slight language barrier.

The breakfast was great, with a wide variety of egg dishes available to order. There's a 7-Eleven, McDonald's, and some street food stalls nearby. The room was comfortable, but there's a bar diagonally across the street that plays music late at night, so light sleepers might want to consider that.

The free shuttle bus service to and from the hotel and Phrom Phong Station, running every 30 minutes, was incredibly helpful! I also used the gym and pool; both were clean, and water was provided in the gym. The shower pressure was a bit weak, but otherwise, I had a comfortable stay with no major issues!
