Hotel is super nice and room size booked were too big and suited all our belongings. Staff was very friendly and also free shutter to 3 destinations every 15 minutes free of charge was great. Over all experience were good however no large variety of breakfast. If you have time to go for breakfast outside, don’t book your stay with breakfast.

Hotel must look into client service. Reception staff were not good. But manager was better than them. Unfortunately cannot eat breakfast as no veg option was available.

Valia was great for a family trip :) we got a triple room so it was big enough for us all. But it was a very popular hotel so there was some overcrowding and the lift is very small. Bed was comfortable hehe

Location is off the beaten tracks. However, The shuttle service provided by the hotel more than compensate this. There is a nearby nice massage place where my family had our daily foot massage. Great relief from the daily walks.
In general, it is very clean. However, there was 1 day where the glasses were not washed.
The staff is generally very polite.

The hotel is spacious and the staff are friendly and helpful. Received a small cake for my birthday. A pleasant surprise indeed. The only downside is that we need to cross the road to get to the room as the hotel is divided into 2 buildings.
