This place is comfortable and has everything you need. Everything is clean and up to hotel standards. The atmosphere is very relaxing and pleasant. The air conditioning in the room was great, and there were no insects because the room was very well protected with glass windows and screens. The food was delicious, and everything was exquisitely decorated. The staff provided excellent service. It's a hotel-standard accommodation located in the mountains, close to nature. I really loved it!

Here’s a polished version of your review: Strongly recommended for those who want a relaxing getaway and enjoy a Japanese-style staycation. We genuinely felt like we were in Japan, as the hotel is located at the end of a quiet village with no other houses nearby, creating a very peaceful atmosphere. The room we chose was perfect, with an amazing view that made the stay even more memorable. The staff were incredibly friendly, helpful, and welcoming throughout our visit. The dinner set was quite generous in portion, although the taste was fairly average for us, and the meat could have been better marinated. One thing to note is that the road leading to the hotel can be a little challenging and intimidating, especially for smaller vehicles. We were driving a 4x4, so it was manageable, but it’s worth keeping in mind before your trip. Overall, it was a unique and relaxing experience, especially for anyone looking to escape the city and enjoy a peaceful retreat surrounded by nature.

Great for photos, but I won't be coming back. It just didn't feel worth the money. I paid 5,100+ baht per night and an additional 1,200+ baht for food. 🚙 **Getting There 3/5 ⭐️**: The road wasn't too difficult to drive; a pickup truck handled it fine. However, you need to be careful as the section before the accommodation is a rough, steep, and very rocky dirt road. ⛰️ **Ambiance 3/5 ⭐️**: It's a typical mountain setting with a semi-man-made garden, similar to what you'd find at most resorts. 🏡 **Accommodation 3/5 ⭐️**: Stayed in Villa C 2/4. It looks nice and is good for photos, with a built-in cement tub inside. + The bed was soft and the blanket was very warm. + There are outfits available for photos, but I didn't use them. - The path leading up is very steep, with small, uneven stepping stones that make it difficult to walk. - There's a tub inside, called an 'onsen,' but it's essentially a rather large pool that you have to fill yourself with hot and cold water. I spent half an hour trying to fill it, alternating between hot and cold, but it showed no sign of being ready for a soak, so I gave up. - The hot water in the bathroom only lasted for a moment and then refused to get hot again. I tried turning it off and on as instructed by the staff, but I ended up taking cold showers both at night and in the morning. Even after informing the staff, they fixed it only for a brief moment before it turned cold again. - When the staff came to fix things, they kept opening and closing the door, leaving it open for long periods, which let in a lot of insects to the point where I couldn't sleep. The staff, however, claimed they closed it every time. I was sitting there watching them work and saw exactly what happened, but they denied everything. - Finally, I asked to speak to the manager or owner about how they would resolve the issue. Only a staff member came to say that the manager was about to board a plane and wasn't available but would call back. In the end, no one called back. I felt incredibly disappointed and like I'd wasted more than half of my money. - The air conditioner remote in the room could turn it on but couldn't adjust the temperature. It suddenly became freezing cold, with no way to regulate it. - The toilet's stopcock was closed and not ready for use. I'd already used it for a number two and couldn't flush, so I had to figure out how to fix it myself. - The chairs in the lounge area were covered in gecko droppings and dust. 🧍 **Service 1/5 ⭐️**: Very poor. + The young man who helped with luggage was very good and provided enthusiastic shuttle service during check-in. However, during check-out, there was no one, and I had to carry my heavy bags to the lobby myself. - When I asked how to contact them in an emergency, they only said 'outside business hours,' without providing any actual solution. The staff/owner didn't try to solve problems and simply changed the subject, refusing to acknowledge anything. 🍽️ **Food 4/5 ⭐️**: Nicely plated and photogenic. + Breakfast was substantial and beautifully presented. You could refill the congee as much as you wanted. + Dinner cost 1,200 baht (reduced from 1,500 because I don't eat meat and was dining alone). The portion was tiny and didn't include drinks, so I ordered plain water. It looked appealing, but the taste was unremarkable. Based on my experience, the accommodation was very strict with its rules, showing no flexibility or willingness to help and serve guests. They didn't support any situations not explicitly stated in their rules. You might need to mentally prepare for that. 📌 Personally, I felt it wasn't worth the price at all. The next night, I stayed at another place that was much cheaper, where the room wasn't broken, the hot water worked, the view was peaceful, and it felt more like actual living than this place. 'Come here to live life, not to leave your life behind.' If you're not ready to provide good service, then don't. I won't be returning. 📍 Fixing the emergency contact situation would be a huge improvement.

Clean place but do expect insects as it is in the wild. Place has great WIFI (no connection issue at all) although it is in the mountains.  Super friendly staff, and they have bbq option for dinner. Can try to schedule a ride to and from the place beforehand. Had no issue getting a driver when we stayed on a Tuesday and Wednesday. Driver will probably stop just at Kawin hotel where it’s not proper road anymore, and you can call them to arrange transport in.

Beautiful and peaceful places to rest and disconnect. Amazing food options from breakfast, lunch to dinner. The only challenge was to reach the place for the last 1km of the travel - normal taxi car cannot go through the slope. The host sent a driver to pick us up with a 4X4.
