Hanwha Resort Seorak Sorano

Had a good stay at a low price during the peak season. As I'd heard, the facilities were quite old, which was a bit disappointing. I was surprised there was no shampoo or body wash in the bathroom, just soap and towels. If you're staying here, definitely bring your own!

While not far from the bus terminal, the hotel is quite a distance from Sokcho city center and major attractions. Unless you're there for golf or a group event, it's not a particularly convenient location. However, the internal facilities are excellent, with a restaurant, cafe, water park, coin laundry, and arcade, so there's no real need to leave the premises.

It was clean, pleasant, and really great! We also had a good time at Waterpia.

It's been a while since my last visit. I've been coming here for over 40 years! This place holds so many memories for me, so I'll probably stop by once in a while. I had a good rest and am now leaving.

This was a great place to stay with a child. Most of all, I was very satisfied with how clean the bedding was! We chose a bigger room since we had a child, and it was perfect! However, it was quite a walk from Building 1 to Building 6 for breakfast, and the lack of an elevator in Building 1 was really inconvenient. When we had to move our luggage, we had to go to Building 2 or 3 to use the elevator and then come back to Building 1, which was a hassle. We ended up walking a lot, haha. For those who love exercise, it might be a plus! The hot spring water was great, and the air was fresh. We had a healing experience at a reasonable price! We'll definitely come again!

This is my third visit already! It's been 10 years since my last stay, and the facilities have really been upgraded. It's cool that you can even check out using a tablet now. I'm satisfied!

We came for a day trip to Waterpia and decided to book a stay for a night. I expected at least some maintenance, even for the annex building, but... the wallpaper by the bed was torn, there was standing water near the outdoor unit, and the air conditioner smelled musty. I checked out in less than 3 hours, haha. When I saw the wallpaper, I felt like they weren't doing any maintenance at all. Even if I tried to ignore everything and sleep, the musty AC smell was worse than anything I've experienced in a 30,000 KRW windowless room in Thailand, so I just checked out :)
