Generally, it was 3 star experience. Advantages: good cleaning service, buffet food was okay most of the time, hotel is located very close to the sea. The biggest disadvantage is an “all inclusive”, it is definitely not comparable with Turkish all inclusive. First of all, visitors who paid for all inclusive are not getting anything in mini-bar, not even a water. You can get water from the bar from a water cooler, but you have to have your own bottle. Also, their “all inclusive” does not include a lot of drinks from the bar, and restaurant near the main bar and in front of the sea. The “all inclusive” ice cream is a joke, instead of the normal ice cream you are getting a smallest version of only 2 or 3 basic ice creams, for all other ones you need to pay. Also, the “snack bar” is located outside of the hotel, food itself was not too bad, but pretty basic, the area was very small and near the children’s swimming pool. For the beach towels you need to give 10€ deposit in cash, and if you want sun lounger with umbrella on the beach you need to pay 25€ for one day use. The hotel bar on the beach is also non “all inclusive”. So, out of all hotel locations you only can use your all inclusive benefit in 2 bars and 1 “snack bar” + buffet. Overall, hotel is not bad but not good. Would only recommend to go there with option bed+breakfast, and pay for the rest meals and drinks. It will be cheaper and you will not feel like an outsider or beggar, going around the hotel asking where you can eat. Because that how we felt exactly. P.S. Russian lady in the adults only bar was providing an amazing service and was very helpful and kind :)

We found this hotel, resort, an amazing experience. We shared an incredibly spacious room with our daughter and she actually had her own side with cupboard and a partitioning door, which meant that we all had privacy. I’ve been looking for something like this for years and not found anything so spacious, clean and modern. The food was absolutely amazing. We were only there five nights but between lunches and dinners we experienced everything from sushi to clams which are extremely rare to find it in a hotel, large prawns and every single type of meat was available every night. There was a choice of chicken and lamb and pork as well as different fishes. There was always pasta and pizza, chips, meat wraps ect if you did not fancy anything like that. There was always plenty of salami, ham, salads and lots of desserts as well as a variety of delicious breads. I can’t even start to explain the variety of the food one of the best hotels in terms of food variety and I love my food and I love cooking and so does my husband.. but check out my photos…. These only show next to nothing of what was actually available. The staff was very friendly and the hotel was clean at all times. Entertainment was also great and the beach was just across the road. Nice white sand, clean and the water was fabulous. They were three areas in the hotel with pools one for kids with waterpark, one for adults and one was a bit of a mix. One of the great things was that it had a huge number of beds so you never had to get up in the morning like some people might do to put your towel on a bed, there were always beds available we never struggled. I would definitely recommend this hotel and would be surprised if anyone said anything different. Although of course we are all different.

I am a grandma , I went to this hotel with my daughter and adult grandchildren aged between 18- 23. ( 6 of us) They all loved it especially the food in the restaurant. We went all inc. The accommodation was in blocks separate from the main building. Ours rooms were ground floor 1025, 1027 and 1029 , they overlooked the adult pool, and not too far from the restaurant and bar. Best bits ,food, room , v good air-con ,good Wi-Fi, big and clean, large shower, cleaned daily. adult only pool, fab , clean and warm. Grounds well manicure and spacious, with grass areas for sunbathing, shade under olive trees. Plenty of sun beds, and deck chairs. Side tables, and chairs available around the pools. The family pool had a lane roped area for proper swimming which my family used , as they swim competitively. And a toddler pool. All pools had easy step access. The splash pool area was mainly for young families and had lots of water falls etc, and activities for younger children. This was in a separate area across the river bed. The spa and gym was also in this area. Gym was well equipped, according to my grandkids . The hotel had a gate with access to the beach and promenade, which was a 40 min walk to Cambrils main beach and harbour. Bike hire was available at the hotel, and the promenade had a wide dedicated bike lane , that was well used. Back to the restaurant and here I think there is room for improvement, the food itself was fabulous, plenty of choice, delicious and some unusual fish etc. plenty of fruit and salad choices. Themed days in addition to the usual selections. BUT , the layout was crazy, The hot food area , was badly laid out and squashed into one corner, with little room to see what was available, especially when busy. At breakfast , cereal was available, but split into opposite side of the serving area. And don’t ask me about the hunt for bowls, spoons etc Never near where you needed them. Evening entertainment was hit and miss. Bar staff really friendly with plenty of choice of drinks, coffee etc for all inc. Reception helpful, booking taxies into Cambrils etc. Cambrils market on Wednesday was very good. I booked flights with jet2 and transfers and hotel separately, which worked out cheaper. I think that’s it .

Nice looking hotel, very poor food and drink. The review I wish I'd read before booking... You can do so much better than this hotel! Probably the worst all Inc we ve ever had. Very clean and tidy, generally enough sun beds but really poor quality food and drinks (you know the type of all Inc, all tastless and only just warm, not a great choice and no live food stations that you can order your food to you're liking) You can get the bus or walk to Cambrilis but it's not the particularly worth the trip, we spent ages looking for the 'old town' , turns out we were there but it's just not the pretty Spanish old town vibes I imagined; don't bother. Also it's not a great hotel for toddlers (the splash park looks good but actually isnt great for kids under 5 or so, the other piols are really deep) but nice enough. Things I didn't like at all The food - not much choice, not that warm, shoddy standard (struggled as a veggie, other than plain rice, pasta, pizza and chips and standard salad bits, which is for for a couple of meals but not twice a day for 7 days). Also in other all incs there s been live food stations so food is fresh and to order but this isn't the case here The beds are rubbish, the usual 2 mattresses pushed together with a gap in the middle that you fall down and they seperate The restaurant got really busy at times and there were queues for tables so get in early then just don't look at the queue at the risk of feeling awkward Limited number of cocktails included in all Inc, and they aren't great The beach bar isn't all Inc The beach bar charges €25 a day for sun loungers even though your all inc Beds were rubbish and as they were two singles pushed together kept coming apart in the middle Things I didn't love but got over Beach towels €10 refundable deposit each and and €1 every day per towel for a clean one Food by the splash pool is shoddy (cheap burgers and hot dogs) Soft drinks by the pool were flat and warm the whole week and u can't get cocktails there either None of the outdoor pools are heated (indoor is but you need to wear a swimming cap) You have to put out your own sun lounger You have to carry your own bags to your room No drinks in hotel fridge even though we re all inc No kids cutlery or cups at dinner Things I liked Hotel was kept very clean and tidy Staff were lovely Kids mini disco was good craic Adult pool was very quiet and had a great view The beach was sandy with an easy reach from the hotel (literally out the hotel gate and over the road)

Amazing place! Love it so much! We have been here every summer since I was 5 years old, and only once it has disappointed me, one summer was ruined by an utterly unfathomable, incomprehensible and genuinely astonishing level of sheer stupidity, Let me explain…. We battled our way for this table outside like brave soldiers. We finally claimed victory, and we put two hats on the table to make it crystal clear that it was taken while we went to get our food… So we went to get our food, completely confident that our table was safe. We come back and… WHY. ARE. THERE. PEOPLE. SITTING. AT. OUR. TABLE?! So obviously, we went over to the waiter to figure out what on earth had happened. And then she tells us that she’d thought someone had just left their hats behind. Like… TWO HATS. ON A TABLE. WHEN IT WAS CLOUDY. And instead of thinking, ‘Hmm, maybe someone is coming back,’ she just… gave the table away AND THIS IS WHERE THE SHEER STUPIDITY OF THE SITUATION BECOMES ALMOST IMPOSSIBLE TO COMPREHEND. Because HOW do you look at TWO SUN HATS, deliberately placed on a table, in perfect positions, on a cloudy day, and somehow conclude, ‘Ah yes, these people have simply abandoned their hats and definitely aren’t coming back’? The complete and utter absence of common sense was genuinely ASTOUNDING. I have genuinely never witnessed such an unfathomable level of stupidity over something so painfully obvious. This was an absurd lack of brain cells. An utterly unfathomable failure of basic reasoning. A spectacular absence of common sense. A genuinely astonishing display of sheer idiocy. I’m honestly struggling to find words powerful enough to describe the sheer magnitude of the stupidity involved. It was stupidity on a level I genuinely didn’t know was possible. AND DESPITE THIS ABSOLUTE CATASTROPHE, we still didn’t even get our table back. We were handed the hats and basically told to go and sit INSIDE instead. So somehow, after we had fought our way to that table, clearly marked it with TWO HATS, gone to get our food, and come back expecting it to still be ours, WE were the ones who had to move. The sheer absurdity of the decision was almost impressive. It was a truly ludicrous lapse in judgement, an astonishing failure of logic, and frankly, a masterclass in poor decision-making. At this point, I was genuinely questioning how two hats could possibly have caused such a monumental chain of events. BUT THEN… WE LEARNED OUR LESSON. The next day, we came prepared. We didn’t just bring two hats — WE BROUGHT OVER HALF THE ROOM WITH US. There was absolutely NO chance of anyone mistaking our stuff for something someone had ‘just left behind.’ That table was basically under maximum security. As Spider-Man once said: ‘With great power comes great responsibility.’ And with great stupidity comes… apparently, half the room guarding a table.

The hotel is excellent overall: it is maintained to a very high standard of cleanliness, the staff are friendly and attentive, and the dining options are truly outstanding. However, those wishing to explore the local area will find it extremely challenging without private transport. The nearest public bus stop is approximately a 30-minute walk away, and local car rental arrangements are prohibitively expensive. While it is possible to arrange for a rental vehicle to be delivered directly to the hotel via reception, this service costs €250 for a four-day period. More competitive rates are available from providers at Reus Airport, but travelling there requires booking a private taxi from the hotel at an additional cost of €60. Furthermore, ride-hailing services such as Uber and Bolt are not operational in this locality, meaning guests without their own vehicle may find themselves effectively confined to the hotel grounds. Alternatively, bicycles are available for hire nearby at a rate of €15 per day, or electric bicycles at €56 per day.

Booked through Jet2 for a week and it was the ideal choice for us. We travelled as a family with my 8 year old for her first trip abroad. The hotel was great as the little splash park and family pool area was just the right fit - it felt safe but there was enough to do. Others have commented about the lack of parasols but there are plenty of trees for shade. It was no issue getting a sun lounger by the pool and the snack bar was great so we could stay there all day. It might be less easy at peak times but we didn’t have any problems regardless of the time we went. The room was spacious and clean, and the air conditioning was very welcome. The outdoor space was lovely and we had everything we needed. We didn’t use the kids’ club or activities, but went to most of the evening entertainment. There was a fantastic Michael Jackson tribute, and tributes to Queen and the Beatles, as well as some magicians. It was all good fun and there was plenty of seating. The waiters were great and refreshed drinks for us. The buffets at breakfast and in the evening were ok. My daughter is a fussy eater so it was great that there were plenty of plain options. It’s probably not great if you’re vegetarian or have allergies, as the labelling was hit and miss, but it did the job. The drinks are self-service when you’re all inclusive which was handy. The hotel is a bit of a walk from the centre of Cambrils but it was still manageable. We didn’t really leave much, though. The beach directly outside of the hotel was lovely and because the water was so shallow, it was ideal for my kids to try out We took a taxi to Port Adventura (don’t bother!) and it cost 32E before the tip. Reception called the taxi for us and it was only a short wait. I probably wouldn’t choose the hotel if it was just me and my husband, but it was perfect for my daughter’s first trip abroad. It’s an easy transfer to Reus airport, too.
