Waldorf Astoria Beijing

Four years later, I'm back to experience the Waldorf Astoria's Steiff Enchanted Forest themed suite! Last time I stayed in a terrace suite, and while this one is a bit smaller, it's still full of childlike wonder. From check-in, every staff member was incredibly proactive and enthusiastic, especially Chloe and Willow, who were exceptionally thoughtful and attentive. The delivery of desserts and the welcome bear visit times were all arranged in advance. The room also came with a cute bear bag and a teddy bear toy 🧸. Last time we were here for our wedding anniversary, and this time for a birthday – the hotel really excels at making special occasions memorable. Although the room isn't huge, it's fully equipped with all the amenities, including two bathrooms and a super spacious bathtub.

The Waldorf Astoria Beijing truly lives up to its reputation as a benchmark for luxury in the capital. Nestled in Jinyu Hutong, it offers a tranquil escape amidst the bustling city, perfectly blending old Beijing charm with modern, light luxury. Willow, our private concierge, provided impeccable service; check-in was swift, seamless, and incredibly warm and welcoming! Our room was quiet and elegant, and the bedding was wonderfully soft and comfortable – the kids absolutely loved it. The breakfast spread was extensive, and the Eggs Benedict were absolutely delicious! The hotel is also within walking distance of Wangfujing and the Forbidden City, making it ideal for both business trips and leisure vacations. This will definitely be my top choice for my next visit to Beijing!

Staying at the Waldorf Astoria was an absolutely fantastic experience! I was initially torn between a few five-star hotels, but the moment I walked in and saw the luxurious interior, I knew I'd made the right choice. I stayed in a twin room, which was nearly 4000 yuan a night, and every detail was meticulously thought out – from the bed bench to the writing desk, and the solid fixtures in the bathroom, all reflecting the Waldorf Astoria's high-end quality. My personal concierge, Willow, provided excellent service, promptly answering all my questions. The hotel staff were also very perceptive and offered great service! The breakfast here was delicious too. It was a truly wonderful stay, and next time, I'd love to experience their courtyard suites; I'm sure they're just as amazing.

Overall, my stay was incredibly satisfying. The room was clean and tidy, and the location was super convenient for getting around. A special shout-out to Willow and Chloe from the staff – their service was attentive and thoughtful throughout my stay. I especially want to thank my personal concierge, Willow. She proactively contacted me by phone before my arrival to confirm my needs and was incredibly patient and thorough in all our communications, always responding promptly. Upon learning I preferred a better view, she went out of her way to arrange a room overlooking Wangfujing Street. The bustling streetscape during the day and the beautiful lights at night added a wonderful surprise to my stay. It truly felt like she genuinely paid attention to my requests, rather than just completing a task. Willow was always on hand to assist with any issues that arose during my stay, providing professional, enthusiastic, and thoughtful service. Even after checking out, she thoughtfully sent me a lovely little gift and offered to mail it for me, which I found incredibly touching. These seemingly small details truly highlight a hotel's service quality and made me feel genuinely cared for and at home at the Waldorf Astoria Beijing. I would give full marks to everything, from the hotel's cleanliness, ambiance, and facilities to its service. This stay left me with wonderful memories and a fantastic impression of the Waldorf Astoria Beijing. A special thanks to Willow for her meticulous care and thoughtful arrangements. The hotel service was incredibly thoughtful and attentive, and we even received complimentary welcome fruits upon check-in. The room itself was modern with a fantastic view, and the night scenery was absolutely beautiful. I especially appreciated the separate wet and dry areas in the bathroom and the ample hot water. Absolutely amazing! When we arrived, they told us our room would be ready in about 15 minutes, and the front desk immediately offered my six-year-old daughter free breakfast for four days. While we waited, they invited us to order drinks and snacks from the restaurant, all completely free of charge. Every single staff member provided incredibly attentive and thoughtful service. We particularly loved the breakfast staff. The breakfast itself was also exceptionally rich and delicious.
